76:15 الدَّهْرِ Al-Insaan
وَيُطَافُ عَلَيۡهِم بِـَٔانِيَةࣲ مِّن فِضَّةࣲ وَأَكۡوَابࣲ كَانَتۡ قَوَارِيرَا۠

And amongst them will be passed round vessels of silver and goblets of crystal

76:19 الدَّهْرِ Al-Insaan
۞وَيَطُوفُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ وِلۡدَٰنࣱ مُّخَلَّدُونَ إِذَا رَأَيۡتَهُمۡ حَسِبۡتَهُمۡ لُؤۡلُؤࣰ ا مَّنثُورࣰ ا

And round about them will (serve) youths of perpetual (freshness): If thou seest them, thou wouldst think them scattered Pearls

عَٰلِيَهُمۡ ثِيَابُ سُندُسٍ خُضۡرࣱ وَإِسۡتَبۡرَقࣱۖ وَحُلُّوٓاْ أَسَاوِرَ مِن فِضَّةࣲ وَسَقَىٰهُمۡ رَبُّهُمۡ شَرَابࣰ ا طَهُورًا

Upon them will be green Garments of fine silk and heavy brocade, and they will be adorned with Bracelets of silver; and their Lord will give to them to drink of a Wine Pure and Holy

76:24 الدَّهْرِ Al-Insaan
فَٱصۡبِرۡ لِحُكۡمِ رَبِّكَ وَلَا تُطِعۡ مِنۡهُمۡ ءَاثِمًا أَوۡ كَفُورࣰ ا

Therefore be patient with constancy to the Command of thy Lord, and hearken not to the sinner or the ingrate among them

76:27 الدَّهْرِ Al-Insaan
إِنَّ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ يُحِبُّونَ ٱلۡعَاجِلَةَ وَيَذَرُونَ وَرَآءَهُمۡ يَوۡمࣰ ا ثَقِيلࣰ ا

As to these, they love the fleeting life, and put away behind them a Day (that will be) hard

76:28 الدَّهْرِ Al-Insaan
نَّحۡنُ خَلَقۡنَٰهُمۡ وَشَدَدۡنَآ أَسۡرَهُمۡۖ وَإِذَا شِئۡنَا بَدَّلۡنَآ أَمۡثَٰلَهُمۡ تَبۡدِيلًا

It is We Who created them, and We have made their joints strong; but, when We will, We can substitute the like of them by a complete change

76:31 الدَّهْرِ Al-Insaan
يُدۡخِلُ مَن يَشَآءُ فِي رَحۡمَتِهِۦۚ وَٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ أَعَدَّ لَهُمۡ عَذَابًا أَلِيمَۢا

He will admit to His Mercy whom He will; But the wrong-doers,- for them has He prepared a grievous Penalty

77:17 الْمُرْسَلَاتِ Al-Mursalaat
ثُمَّ نُتۡبِعُهُمُ ٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ

So shall We make later (generations) follow them

وَلَا يُؤۡذَنُ لَهُمۡ فَيَعۡتَذِرُونَ

Nor will it be open to them to put forth pleas

About which they cannot agree

إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ لَا يَرۡجُونَ حِسَابࣰ ا

For that they used not to fear any account (for their deeds)

رَّبِّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَا ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِۖ لَا يَمۡلِكُونَ مِنۡهُ خِطَابࣰ ا

(From) the Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all between, (Allah) Most Gracious: None shall have power to argue with Him

فَإِذَا هُم بِٱلسَّاهِرَةِ

When, behold, they will be in the (full) awakening (to Judgment)

كَأَنَّهُمۡ يَوۡمَ يَرَوۡنَهَا لَمۡ يَلۡبَثُوٓاْ إِلَّا عَشِيَّةً أَوۡ ضُحَىٰهَا

The Day they see it, (It will be) as if they had tarried but a single evening, or (at most till) the following morn

لِكُلِّ ٱمۡرِيࣲٕ مِّنۡهُمۡ يَوۡمَئِذࣲ شَأۡنࣱ يُغۡنِيهِ

Each one of them, that Day, will have enough concern (of his own) to make him indifferent to the others

أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡكَفَرَةُ ٱلۡفَجَرَةُ

Such will be the Rejecters of Allah, the doers of iniquity

And they will not be able to keep away therefrom

كَلَّاۖ بَلۡۜ رَانَ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبِهِم مَّا كَانُواْ يَكۡسِبُونَ

By no means! but on their hearts is the stain of the (ill) which they do

83:15 المُطَفِّفِيْنَ Al-Mutaffifin
كَلَّآ إِنَّهُمۡ عَن رَّبِّهِمۡ يَوۡمَئِذࣲ لَّمَحۡجُوبُونَ

Verily, from (the Light of) their Lord, that Day, will they be veiled

83:16 المُطَفِّفِيْنَ Al-Mutaffifin
ثُمَّ إِنَّهُمۡ لَصَالُواْ ٱلۡجَحِيمِ

Further, they will enter the Fire of Hell

تَعۡرِفُ فِي وُجُوهِهِمۡ نَضۡرَةَ ٱلنَّعِيمِ

Thou wilt recognise in their faces the beaming brightness of Bliss

وَإِذَا مَرُّواْ بِهِمۡ يَتَغَامَزُونَ

And whenever they passed by them, used to wink at each other (in mockery)

83:31 المُطَفِّفِيْنَ Al-Mutaffifin
وَإِذَا ٱنقَلَبُوٓاْ إِلَىٰٓ أَهۡلِهِمُ ٱنقَلَبُواْ فَكِهِينَ

And when they returned to their own people, they would return jesting

83:32 المُطَفِّفِيْنَ Al-Mutaffifin
وَإِذَا رَأَوۡهُمۡ قَالُوٓاْ إِنَّ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ لَضَآلُّونَ

And whenever they saw them, they would say, "Behold! These are the people truly astray

83:33 المُطَفِّفِيْنَ Al-Mutaffifin
وَمَآ أُرۡسِلُواْ عَلَيۡهِمۡ حَٰفِظِينَ

But they had not been sent as keepers over them

84:20 الاِنْشِقَاقِ Al-Inshiqaaq
فَمَا لَهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ

What then is the matter with them, that they believe not

وَإِذَا قُرِئَ عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانُ لَا يَسۡجُدُونَۤ۩

And when the Qur'an is read to them, they fall not prostrate

84:24 الاِنْشِقَاقِ Al-Inshiqaaq
فَبَشِّرۡهُم بِعَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ

So announce to them a Penalty Grievous

84:25 الاِنْشِقَاقِ Al-Inshiqaaq
إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ لَهُمۡ أَجۡرٌ غَيۡرُ مَمۡنُونِۭ

Except to those who believe and work righteous deeds: For them is a Reward that will never fail

85:6 الْبُرُوْجِ Al-Burooj
إِذۡ هُمۡ عَلَيۡهَا قُعُودࣱ‏

Behold! they sat over against the (fire)

85:7 الْبُرُوْجِ Al-Burooj
وَهُمۡ عَلَىٰ مَا يَفۡعَلُونَ بِٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ شُهُودࣱ‏

And they witnessed (all) that they were doing against the Believers

85:8 الْبُرُوْجِ Al-Burooj
وَمَا نَقَمُواْ مِنۡهُمۡ إِلَّآ أَن يُؤۡمِنُواْ بِٱللَّهِ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡحَمِيدِ

And they ill-treated them for no other reason than that they believed in Allah, Exalted in Power, Worthy of all Praise

85:10 الْبُرُوْجِ Al-Burooj
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ فَتَنُواْ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ ثُمَّ لَمۡ يَتُوبُواْ فَلَهُمۡ عَذَابُ جَهَنَّمَ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابُ ٱلۡحَرِيقِ

Those who persecute (or draw into temptation) the Believers, men and women, and do not turn in repentance, will have the Penalty of Hell: They will have the Penalty of the Burning Fire

85:11 الْبُرُوْجِ Al-Burooj
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ لَهُمۡ جَنَّٰتࣱ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلۡفَوۡزُ ٱلۡكَبِيرُ

For those who believe and do righteous deeds, will be Gardens; beneath which rivers flow: That is the great Salvation, (the fulfilment of all desires)

85:20 الْبُرُوْجِ Al-Burooj
وَٱللَّهُ مِن وَرَآئِهِم مُّحِيطُۢ

But Allah doth encompass them from behind

86:15 الطَّارِقِ At-Taariq
إِنَّهُمۡ يَكِيدُونَ كَيۡدࣰ ا

As for them, they are but plotting a scheme

فَمَهِّلِ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ أَمۡهِلۡهُمۡ رُوَيۡدَۢا

Therefore grant a delay to the Unbelievers: Give respite to them gently (for awhile)

صُحُفِ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ وَمُوسَىٰ

The Books of Abraham and Moses

88:6 الْغَاشِيَةِ Al-Ghaashiya
لَّيۡسَ لَهُمۡ طَعَامٌ إِلَّا مِن ضَرِيعࣲ‏

No food will there be for them but a bitter Dhari

88:22 الْغَاشِيَةِ Al-Ghaashiya
لَّسۡتَ عَلَيۡهِم بِمُصَيۡطِرٍ

Thou art not one to manage (men's) affairs

إِنَّ إِلَيۡنَآ إِيَابَهُمۡ

For to Us will be their return

ثُمَّ إِنَّ عَلَيۡنَا حِسَابَهُم

Then it will be for Us to call them to account

فَصَبَّ عَلَيۡهِمۡ رَبُّكَ سَوۡطَ عَذَابٍ

Therefore did thy Lord pour on them a scourge of diverse chastisements

90:19 الْبَلَدِ Al-Balad
وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا هُمۡ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلۡمَشۡـَٔمَةِ

But those who reject Our Signs, they are the (unhappy) Companions of the Left Hand

90:20 الْبَلَدِ Al-Balad
عَلَيۡهِمۡ نَارࣱ مُّؤۡصَدَةُۢ

On them will be Fire vaulted over (all round)

91:8 الشَّمْسِ Ash-Shams
فَأَلۡهَمَهَا فُجُورَهَا وَتَقۡوَىٰهَا

And its enlightenment as to its wrong and its right

91:13 الشَّمْسِ Ash-Shams
فَقَالَ لَهُمۡ رَسُولُ ٱللَّهِ نَاقَةَ ٱللَّهِ وَسُقۡيَٰهَا

But the Messenger of Allah said to them: "It is a She-camel of Allah! And (bar her not from) having her drink
