Frequently asked questions
When does the upcoming Ramadan begin?
Ramadan 1448 AH begins approximately on 8 February 2027 per the tabular Umm al-Qura calendar. Local moon-sighting may shift it by a day.
How are suhoor and iftar timings calculated?
Suhoor ends at Fajr per the regional calculation method for each city. Iftar is Maghrib. Each city defaults to the regional method (Umm al-Qura for Saudi, MWL for Europe, etc.).
Some communities observe a 10–15 minute "imsak" before Fajr as a precaution. We do not apply that automatically — follow your local mosque's guidance.
Can I add the timetable to my phone calendar?
Yes. Every city page offers an iCalendar (ICS) download for the full Ramadan month. The file opens directly in iPhone Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook. No subscription, no account, no push notifications, no tracking.
