And among His Signs are the ships, smooth-running through the ocean, (tall) as mountains

ذَرۡنِي وَمَنۡ خَلَقۡتُ وَحِيدࣰ ا

Leave Me alone, (to deal) with the (creature) whom I created (bare and) alone

وَلَقَدۡ ءَاتَيۡنَا لُقۡمَٰنَ ٱلۡحِكۡمَةَ أَنِ ٱشۡكُرۡ لِلَّهِۚ وَمَن يَشۡكُرۡ فَإِنَّمَا يَشۡكُرُ لِنَفۡسِهِۦۖ وَمَن كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَنِيٌّ حَمِيدࣱ‏

we bestowed (in the past) Wisdom on Luqman: "Show (thy) gratitude to Allah." Any who is (so) grateful does so to the profit of his own soul: but if any is ungrateful, verily Allah is free of all wants, Worthy of all praise

وَمِن كُلِّ شَيۡءٍ خَلَقۡنَا زَوۡجَيۡنِ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَذَكَّرُونَ

And of every thing We have created pairs: That ye may receive instruction

And all, all that is on earth,- so it could deliver him

26:119 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
فَأَنجَيۡنَٰهُ وَمَن مَّعَهُۥ فِي ٱلۡفُلۡكِ ٱلۡمَشۡحُونِ

So We delivered him and those with him, in the Ark filled (with all creatures)

52:49 الطُّوْرِ At-Tur
وَمِنَ ٱلَّيۡلِ فَسَبِّحۡهُ وَإِدۡبَٰرَ ٱلنُّجُومِ

And for part of the night also praise thou Him,- and at the retreat of the stars

50:40 قٓ Qaaf
وَمِنَ ٱلَّيۡلِ فَسَبِّحۡهُ وَأَدۡبَٰرَ ٱلسُّجُودِ

And during part of the night, (also,) celebrate His praises, and (so likewise) after the postures of adoration

And part of the night, prostrate thyself to Him; and glorify Him a long night through

15:56 الْحِجْرِ Al-Hijr
قَالَ وَمَن يَقۡنَطُ مِن رَّحۡمَةِ رَبِّهِۦٓ إِلَّا ٱلضَّآلُّونَ

He said: "And who despairs of the mercy of his Lord, but such as go astray

إِنَّا نَحۡنُ نَرِثُ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَمَنۡ عَلَيۡهَا وَإِلَيۡنَا يُرۡجَعُونَ

It is We Who will inherit the earth, and all beings thereon: to Us will they all be returned

36:68 يٰسٓ Yaseen
وَمَن نُّعَمِّرۡهُ نُنَكِّسۡهُ فِي ٱلۡخَلۡقِۚ أَفَلَا يَعۡقِلُونَ

If We grant long life to any, We cause him to be reversed in nature: Will they not then understand

25:71 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
وَمَن تَابَ وَعَمِلَ صَٰلِحࣰ ا فَإِنَّهُۥ يَتُوبُ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ مَتَابࣰ ا

And whoever repents and does good has truly turned to Allah with an (acceptable) conversion

7:159 الْاَعْرَافِ Al-A'raaf
وَمِن قَوۡمِ مُوسَىٰٓ أُمَّةࣱ يَهۡدُونَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَبِهِۦ يَعۡدِلُونَ

Of the people of Moses there is a section who guide and do justice in the light of truth

8:64 الْاَنْفَالِ Al-Anfaal
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلنَّبِيُّ حَسۡبُكَ ٱللَّهُ وَمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

O Prophet! sufficient unto thee is Allah,- (unto thee) and unto those who follow thee among the Believers

15:20 الْحِجْرِ Al-Hijr
وَجَعَلۡنَا لَكُمۡ فِيهَا مَعَٰيِشَ وَمَن لَّسۡتُمۡ لَهُۥ بِرَٰزِقِينَ

And We have provided therein means of subsistence,- for you and for those for whose sustenance ye are not responsible

3:97 اٰلِ عِمْرٰنَ Aal-i-Imraan
فِيهِ ءَايَٰتُۢ بَيِّنَٰتࣱ مَّقَامُ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَۖ وَمَن دَخَلَهُۥ كَانَ ءَامِنࣰ اۗ وَلِلَّهِ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ حِجُّ ٱلۡبَيۡتِ مَنِ ٱسۡتَطَاعَ إِلَيۡهِ سَبِيلࣰ اۚ وَمَن كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَنِيٌّ عَنِ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

In it are Signs Manifest; (for example), the Station of Abraham; whoever enters it attains security; Pilgrimage thereto is a duty men owe to Allah,- those who can afford the journey; but if any deny faith, Allah stands not in need of any of His creatures

11:71 هُوْدٍ Hud
وَٱمۡرَأَتُهُۥ قَآئِمَةࣱ فَضَحِكَتۡ فَبَشَّرۡنَٰهَا بِإِسۡحَٰقَ وَمِن وَرَآءِ إِسۡحَٰقَ يَعۡقُوبَ

And his wife was standing (there), and she laughed: But we gave her glad tidings of Isaac, and after him, of Jacob

20:75 طٰهٰ Taa-Haa
وَمَن يَأۡتِهِۦ مُؤۡمِنࣰ ا قَدۡ عَمِلَ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ لَهُمُ ٱلدَّرَجَٰتُ ٱلۡعُلَىٰ

But such as come to Him as Believers who have worked righteous deeds,- for them are ranks exalted

23:103 الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَ Al-Muminoon
وَمَنۡ خَفَّتۡ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ خَسِرُوٓاْ أَنفُسَهُمۡ فِي جَهَنَّمَ خَٰلِدُونَ

But those whose balance is light, will be those who have lost their souls, in Hell will they abide

6:64 الْاَنْعَامِ Al-An'aam
قُلِ ٱللَّهُ يُنَجِّيكُم مِّنۡهَا وَمِن كُلِّ كَرۡبࣲ ثُمَّ أَنتُمۡ تُشۡرِكُونَ

Say "It is Allah that delivereth you from these and all (other) distresses: and yet ye worship false gods

22:75 الْحَجِّ Al-Hajj
ٱللَّهُ يَصۡطَفِي مِنَ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ رُسُلࣰ ا وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِيعُۢ بَصِيرࣱ‏

Allah chooses messengers from angels and from men for Allah is He Who hears and sees (all things)

Open ayah In surah context Juz 17
2:138 البَقَرَةِ Al-Baqara
صِبۡغَةَ ٱللَّهِ وَمَنۡ أَحۡسَنُ مِنَ ٱللَّهِ صِبۡغَةࣰۖ وَنَحۡنُ لَهُۥ عَٰبِدُونَ

(Our religion is) the Baptism of Allah: And who can baptize better than Allah? And it is He Whom we worship

6:87 الْاَنْعَامِ Al-An'aam
وَمِنۡ ءَابَآئِهِمۡ وَذُرِّيَّٰتِهِمۡ وَإِخۡوَٰنِهِمۡۖ وَٱجۡتَبَيۡنَٰهُمۡ وَهَدَيۡنَٰهُمۡ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطࣲ مُّسۡتَقِيمࣲ‏

(To them) and to their fathers, and progeny and brethren: We chose them, and we guided them to a straight way

7:9 الْاَعْرَافِ Al-A'raaf
وَمَنۡ خَفَّتۡ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ خَسِرُوٓاْ أَنفُسَهُم بِمَا كَانُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا يَظۡلِمُونَ

Those whose scale will be light, will be their souls in perdition, for that they wrongfully treated Our signs

Open ayah In surah context Juz 8
24:52 النُّوْرِ An-Noor
وَمَن يُطِعِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ وَيَخۡشَ ٱللَّهَ وَيَتَّقۡهِ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡفَآئِزُونَ

It is such as obey Allah and His Messenger, and fear Allah and do right, that will win (in the end)

Open ayah In surah context Juz 18
26:118 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
فَٱفۡتَحۡ بَيۡنِي وَبَيۡنَهُمۡ فَتۡحࣰ ا وَنَجِّنِي وَمَن مَّعِيَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

Judge Thou, then, between me and them openly, and deliver me and those of the Believers who are with me

48:13 الْفَتْحِ Al-Fath
وَمَن لَّمۡ يُؤۡمِنۢ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ فَإِنَّآ أَعۡتَدۡنَا لِلۡكَٰفِرِينَ سَعِيرࣰ ا

And if any believe not in Allah and His Messenger, We have prepared, for those who reject Allah, a Blazing Fire

Open ayah In surah context Juz 26
68:44 الْقَلَمِ Al-Qalam
فَذَرۡنِي وَمَن يُكَذِّبُ بِهَٰذَا ٱلۡحَدِيثِۖ سَنَسۡتَدۡرِجُهُم مِّنۡ حَيۡثُ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ

Then leave Me alone with such as reject this Message: by degrees shall We punish them from directions they perceive not

3:46 اٰلِ عِمْرٰنَ Aal-i-Imraan
وَيُكَلِّمُ ٱلنَّاسَ فِي ٱلۡمَهۡدِ وَكَهۡلࣰ ا وَمِنَ ٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ

He shall speak to the people in childhood and in maturity. And he shall be (of the company) of the righteous

4:52 النِّسَآءِ An-Nisaa
أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَعَنَهُمُ ٱللَّهُۖ وَمَن يَلۡعَنِ ٱللَّهُ فَلَن تَجِدَ لَهُۥ نَصِيرًا

They are (men) whom Allah hath cursed: And those whom Allah Hath cursed, thou wilt find, have no one to help

Open ayah In surah context Juz 5
14:40 اِبْرَاهِيْمَ Ibrahim
رَبِّ ٱجۡعَلۡنِي مُقِيمَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِيۚ رَبَّنَا وَتَقَبَّلۡ دُعَآءِ

O my Lord! make me one who establishes regular Prayer, and also (raise such) among my offspring O our Lord! and accept Thou my Prayer

30:20 الرُّوْمِ Ar-Room
وَمِنۡ ءَايَٰتِهِۦٓ أَنۡ خَلَقَكُم مِّن تُرَابࣲ ثُمَّ إِذَآ أَنتُم بَشَرࣱ تَنتَشِرُونَ

Among His Signs in this, that He created you from dust; and then,- behold, ye are men scattered (far and wide)

4:100 النِّسَآءِ An-Nisaa
۞وَمَن يُهَاجِرۡ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ يَجِدۡ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مُرَٰغَمࣰ ا كَثِيرࣰ ا وَسَعَةࣰۚ وَمَن يَخۡرُجۡ مِنۢ بَيۡتِهِۦ مُهَاجِرًا إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ ثُمَّ يُدۡرِكۡهُ ٱلۡمَوۡتُ فَقَدۡ وَقَعَ أَجۡرُهُۥ عَلَى ٱللَّهِۗ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ غَفُورࣰ ا رَّحِيمࣰ ا

He who forsakes his home in the cause of Allah, finds in the earth Many a refuge, wide and spacious: Should he die as a refugee from home for Allah and His Messenger, His reward becomes due and sure with Allah: And Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful

48:17 الْفَتْحِ Al-Fath
لَّيۡسَ عَلَى ٱلۡأَعۡمَىٰ حَرَجࣱ وَلَا عَلَى ٱلۡأَعۡرَجِ حَرَجࣱ وَلَا عَلَى ٱلۡمَرِيضِ حَرَجࣱۗ وَمَن يُطِعِ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ يُدۡخِلۡهُ جَنَّٰتࣲ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُۖ وَمَن يَتَوَلَّ يُعَذِّبۡهُ عَذَابًا أَلِيمࣰ ا

No blame is there on the blind, nor is there blame on the lame, nor on one ill (if he joins not the war): But he that obeys Allah and his Messenger,- (Allah) will admit him to Gardens beneath which rivers flow; and he who turns back, (Allah) will punish him with a grievous Penalty

Open ayah In surah context Juz 26
2:8 البَقَرَةِ Al-Baqara
وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ مَن يَقُولُ ءَامَنَّا بِٱللَّهِ وَبِٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِ وَمَا هُم بِمُؤۡمِنِينَ

Of the people there are some who say: "We believe in Allah and the Last Day;" but they do not (really) believe

7:178 الْاَعْرَافِ Al-A'raaf
مَن يَهۡدِ ٱللَّهُ فَهُوَ ٱلۡمُهۡتَدِيۖ وَمَن يُضۡلِلۡ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡخَٰسِرُونَ

Whom Allah doth guide,- he is on the right path: whom He rejects from His guidance,- such are the persons who perish

16:68 النَّحْلِ An-Nahl
وَأَوۡحَىٰ رَبُّكَ إِلَى ٱلنَّحۡلِ أَنِ ٱتَّخِذِي مِنَ ٱلۡجِبَالِ بُيُوتࣰ ا وَمِنَ ٱلشَّجَرِ وَمِمَّا يَعۡرِشُونَ

And thy Lord taught the Bee to build its cells in hills, on trees, and in (men's) habitations

17:72 الإِسۡرَاءِ Al-Israa
وَمَن كَانَ فِي هَٰذِهِۦٓ أَعۡمَىٰ فَهُوَ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ أَعۡمَىٰ وَأَضَلُّ سَبِيلࣰ ا

But those who were blind in this world, will be blind in the hereafter, and most astray from the Path

22:3 الْحَجِّ Al-Hajj
وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ مَن يُجَٰدِلُ فِي ٱللَّهِ بِغَيۡرِ عِلۡمࣲ وَيَتَّبِعُ كُلَّ شَيۡطَٰنࣲ مَّرِيدࣲ‏

And yet among men there are such as dispute about Allah, without knowledge, and follow every evil one obstinate in rebellion

Open ayah In surah context Juz 17
59:4 الْحَشْرِ Al-Hashr
ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمۡ شَآقُّواْ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥۖ وَمَن يُشَآقِّ ٱللَّهَ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَدِيدُ ٱلۡعِقَابِ

That is because they resisted Allah and His Messenger: and if any one resists Allah, verily Allah is severe in Punishment
