60:11 الْمُمْتَحِنَةِ Al-Mumtahana
وَإِن فَاتَكُمۡ شَيۡءࣱ مِّنۡ أَزۡوَٰجِكُمۡ إِلَى ٱلۡكُفَّارِ فَعَاقَبۡتُمۡ فَـَٔاتُواْ ٱلَّذِينَ ذَهَبَتۡ أَزۡوَٰجُهُم مِّثۡلَ مَآ أَنفَقُواْۚ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَنتُم بِهِۦ مُؤۡمِنُونَ

And if any of your wives deserts you to the Unbelievers, and ye have an accession (by the coming over of a woman from the other side), then pay to those whose wives have deserted the equivalent of what they had spent (on their dower). And fear Allah, in Whom ye believe

63:5 الْمُنَافِقُوْنَ Al-Munaafiqoon
وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمۡ تَعَالَوۡاْ يَسۡتَغۡفِرۡ لَكُمۡ رَسُولُ ٱللَّهِ لَوَّوۡاْ رُءُوسَهُمۡ وَرَأَيۡتَهُمۡ يَصُدُّونَ وَهُم مُّسۡتَكۡبِرُونَ

And when it is said to them, "Come, the Messenger of Allah will pray for your forgiveness", they turn aside their heads, and thou wouldst see them turning away their faces in arrogance

64:5 التَّغَابُنِ At-Taghaabun
أَلَمۡ يَأۡتِكُمۡ نَبَؤُاْ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِن قَبۡلُ فَذَاقُواْ وَبَالَ أَمۡرِهِمۡ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمࣱ‏

Has not the story reached you, of those who rejected Faith aforetime? So they tasted the evil result of their conduct; and they had a grievous Penalty

64:13 التَّغَابُنِ At-Taghaabun
ٱللَّهُ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَۚ وَعَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَلۡيَتَوَكَّلِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ

Allah! There is no god but He: and on Allah, therefore, let the Believers put their trust

65:3 الطَّلَاقِ At-Talaaq
وَيَرۡزُقۡهُ مِنۡ حَيۡثُ لَا يَحۡتَسِبُۚ وَمَن يَتَوَكَّلۡ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ فَهُوَ حَسۡبُهُۥٓۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بَٰلِغُ أَمۡرِهِۦۚ قَدۡ جَعَلَ ٱللَّهُ لِكُلِّ شَيۡءࣲ قَدۡرࣰ ا

And He provides for him from (sources) he never could imagine. And if any one puts his trust in Allah, sufficient is (Allah) for him. For Allah will surely accomplish his purpose: verily, for all things has Allah appointed a due proportion

66:8 التَّحْرِيْمِ At-Tahrim
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ تُوبُوٓاْ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ تَوۡبَةࣰ نَّصُوحًا عَسَىٰ رَبُّكُمۡ أَن يُكَفِّرَ عَنكُمۡ سَيِّـَٔاتِكُمۡ وَيُدۡخِلَكُمۡ جَنَّٰتࣲ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ يَوۡمَ لَا يُخۡزِي ٱللَّهُ ٱلنَّبِيَّ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مَعَهُۥۖ نُورُهُمۡ يَسۡعَىٰ بَيۡنَ أَيۡدِيهِمۡ وَبِأَيۡمَٰنِهِمۡ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَآ أَتۡمِمۡ لَنَا نُورَنَا وَٱغۡفِرۡ لَنَآۖ إِنَّكَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءࣲ قَدِيرࣱ‏

O ye who believe! Turn to Allah with sincere repentance: In the hope that your Lord will remove from you your ills and admit you to Gardens beneath which Rivers flow,- the Day that Allah will not permit to be humiliated the Prophet and those who believe with him. Their Light will run forward before them and by their right hands, while they say, "Our Lord! Perfect our Light for us, and grant us Forgiveness: for Thou hast power over all things

67:8 الْمُلْكِ Al-Mulk
تَكَادُ تَمَيَّزُ مِنَ ٱلۡغَيۡظِۖ كُلَّمَآ أُلۡقِيَ فِيهَا فَوۡجࣱ سَأَلَهُمۡ خَزَنَتُهَآ أَلَمۡ يَأۡتِكُمۡ نَذِيرࣱ‏

Almost bursting with fury: Every time a Group is cast therein, its Keepers will ask, "Did no Warner come to you

67:29 الْمُلْكِ Al-Mulk
قُلۡ هُوَ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ ءَامَنَّا بِهِۦ وَعَلَيۡهِ تَوَكَّلۡنَاۖ فَسَتَعۡلَمُونَ مَنۡ هُوَ فِي ضَلَٰلࣲ مُّبِينࣲ‏

Say: "He is (Allah) Most Gracious: We have believed in Him, and on Him have we put our trust: So, soon will ye know which (of us) it is that is in manifest error

67:30 الْمُلْكِ Al-Mulk
قُلۡ أَرَءَيۡتُمۡ إِنۡ أَصۡبَحَ مَآؤُكُمۡ غَوۡرࣰ ا فَمَن يَأۡتِيكُم بِمَآءࣲ مَّعِينِۭ

Say: "See ye?- If your stream be some morning lost (in the underground earth), who then can supply you with clear-flowing water

68:48 الْقَلَمِ Al-Qalam
فَٱصۡبِرۡ لِحُكۡمِ رَبِّكَ وَلَا تَكُن كَصَاحِبِ ٱلۡحُوتِ إِذۡ نَادَىٰ وَهُوَ مَكۡظُومࣱ‏

So wait with patience for the Command of thy Lord, and be not like the Companion of the Fish,- when he cried out in agony

يَوۡمَ تَكُونُ ٱلسَّمَآءُ كَٱلۡمُهۡلِ

The Day that the sky will be like molten brass

70:9 الْمَعَارِجِ Al-Ma'aarij
وَتَكُونُ ٱلۡجِبَالُ كَٱلۡعِهۡنِ

And the mountains will be like wool

71:7 نُوْحٍ Nooh
وَإِنِّي كُلَّمَا دَعَوۡتُهُمۡ لِتَغۡفِرَ لَهُمۡ جَعَلُوٓاْ أَصَٰبِعَهُمۡ فِيٓ ءَاذَانِهِمۡ وَٱسۡتَغۡشَوۡاْ ثِيَابَهُمۡ وَأَصَرُّواْ وَٱسۡتَكۡبَرُواْ ٱسۡتِكۡبَارࣰ ا

And every time I have called to them, that Thou mightest forgive them, they have (only) thrust their fingers into their ears, covered themselves up with their garments, grown obstinate, and given themselves up to arrogance

71:17 نُوْحٍ Nooh
وَٱللَّهُ أَنۢبَتَكُم مِّنَ ٱلۡأَرۡضِ نَبَاتࣰ ا

And Allah has produced you from the earth growing (gradually)

71:23 نُوْحٍ Nooh
وَقَالُواْ لَا تَذَرُنَّ ءَالِهَتَكُمۡ وَلَا تَذَرُنَّ وَدࣰّ ا وَلَا سُوَاعࣰ ا وَلَا يَغُوثَ وَيَعُوقَ وَنَسۡرࣰ ا

And they have said (to each other), 'Abandon not your gods: Abandon neither Wadd nor Suwa', neither Yaguth nor Ya'uq, nor Nasr

74:6 الْمُدَّثِّرِ Al-Muddaththir
وَلَا تَمۡنُن تَسۡتَكۡثِرُ

Nor expect, in giving, any increase (for thyself)

ثُمَّ أَدۡبَرَ وَٱسۡتَكۡبَرَ

Then he turned back and was haughty

مُّتَّكِـِٔينَ فِيهَا عَلَى ٱلۡأَرَآئِكِۖ لَا يَرَوۡنَ فِيهَا شَمۡسࣰ ا وَلَا زَمۡهَرِيرࣰ ا

Reclining in the (Garden) on raised thrones, they will see there neither the sun's (excessive heat) nor (the moon's) excessive cold

77:29 الْمُرْسَلَاتِ Al-Mursalaat
ٱنطَلِقُوٓاْ إِلَىٰ مَا كُنتُم بِهِۦ تُكَذِّبُونَ

(It will be said:) "Depart ye to that which ye used to reject as false

يَوۡمَ يَقُومُ ٱلرُّوحُ وَٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ صَفࣰّ اۖ لَّا يَتَكَلَّمُونَ إِلَّا مَنۡ أَذِنَ لَهُ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ وَقَالَ صَوَابࣰ ا

The Day that the Spirit and the angels will stand forth in ranks, none shall speak except any who is permitted by (Allah) Most Gracious, and He will say what is right

79:15 النَّازِعَاتِ An-Naazi'aat
هَلۡ أَتَىٰكَ حَدِيثُ مُوسَىٰٓ

Has the story of Moses reached thee

82:9 الْاِنْفِطَارِ Al-Infitaar
كَلَّا بَلۡ تُكَذِّبُونَ بِٱلدِّينِ

Nay! But ye do reject Right and Judgment

83:17 المُطَفِّفِيْنَ Al-Mutaffifin
ثُمَّ يُقَالُ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِي كُنتُم بِهِۦ تُكَذِّبُونَ

Further, it will be said to them: "This is the (reality) which ye rejected as false

85:17 الْبُرُوْجِ Al-Burooj
هَلۡ أَتَىٰكَ حَدِيثُ ٱلۡجُنُودِ

Has the story reached thee, of the forces

بَلِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ فِي تَكۡذِيبࣲ‏

And yet the Unbelievers (persist) in rejecting (the Truth)

هَلۡ أَتَىٰكَ حَدِيثُ ٱلۡغَٰشِيَةِ

Has the story reached thee of the overwhelming (Event)

كَلَّاۖ بَل لَّا تُكۡرِمُونَ ٱلۡيَتِيمَ

Nay, nay! but ye honour not the orphans

وَتَأۡكُلُونَ ٱلتُّرَاثَ أَكۡلࣰ ا لَّمࣰّ ا

And ye devour inheritance - all with greed

فَأَنذَرۡتُكُمۡ نَارࣰ ا تَلَظَّىٰ

Therefore do I warn you of a Fire blazing fiercely

وَتَكُونُ ٱلۡجِبَالُ كَٱلۡعِهۡنِ ٱلۡمَنفُوشِ

And the mountains will be like carded wool

أَلۡهَىٰكُمُ ٱلتَّكَاثُرُ

The mutual rivalry for piling up (the good things of this world) diverts you (from the more serious things)
