ثُمَّ أَوۡلَىٰ لَكَ فَأَوۡلَىٰٓ

Again, Woe to thee, (O men!), yea, woe

أَلَيۡسَ ذَٰلِكَ بِقَٰدِرٍ عَلَىٰٓ أَن يُحۡـِۧيَ ٱلۡمَوۡتَىٰ

Has not He, (the same), the power to give life to the dead

إِنَّآ أَعۡتَدۡنَا لِلۡكَٰفِرِينَ سَلَٰسِلَاْ وَأَغۡلَٰلࣰ ا وَسَعِيرًا

For the Rejecters we have prepared chains, yokes, and a blazing Fire

76:11 الدَّهْرِ Al-Insaan
فَوَقَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُ شَرَّ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلۡيَوۡمِ وَلَقَّىٰهُمۡ نَضۡرَةࣰ وَسُرُورࣰ ا

But Allah will deliver them from the evil of that Day, and will shed over them a Light of Beauty and (blissful) Joy

76:20 الدَّهْرِ Al-Insaan
وَإِذَا رَأَيۡتَ ثَمَّ رَأَيۡتَ نَعِيمࣰ ا وَمُلۡكࣰ ا كَبِيرًا

And when thou lookest, it is there thou wilt see a Bliss and a Realm Magnificent

76:22 الدَّهْرِ Al-Insaan
إِنَّ هَٰذَا كَانَ لَكُمۡ جَزَآءࣰ وَكَانَ سَعۡيُكُم مَّشۡكُورًا

Verily this is a Reward for you, and your Endeavour is accepted and recognised

77:16 الْمُرْسَلَاتِ Al-Mursalaat
أَلَمۡ نُهۡلِكِ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ

Did We not destroy the men of old (for their evil)

77:18 الْمُرْسَلَاتِ Al-Mursalaat
كَذَٰلِكَ نَفۡعَلُ بِٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ

Thus do We deal with men of sin

فَإِن كَانَ لَكُمۡ كَيۡدࣱ فَكِيدُونِ

Now, if ye have a trick (or plot), use it against Me

إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَجۡزِي ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ

Thus do We certainly reward the Doers of Good

78:37 النَّبَاِ An-Naba
رَّبِّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَا ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِۖ لَا يَمۡلِكُونَ مِنۡهُ خِطَابࣰ ا

(From) the Lord of the heavens and the earth, and all between, (Allah) Most Gracious: None shall have power to argue with Him

78:39 النَّبَاِ An-Naba
ذَٰلِكَ ٱلۡيَوۡمُ ٱلۡحَقُّۖ فَمَن شَآءَ ٱتَّخَذَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِۦ مَـَٔابًا

That Day will be the sure Reality: Therefore, whoso will, let him take a (straight) return to his Lord

78:40 النَّبَاِ An-Naba
إِنَّآ أَنذَرۡنَٰكُمۡ عَذَابࣰ ا قَرِيبࣰ ا يَوۡمَ يَنظُرُ ٱلۡمَرۡءُ مَا قَدَّمَتۡ يَدَاهُ وَيَقُولُ ٱلۡكَافِرُ يَٰلَيۡتَنِي كُنتُ تُرَٰبَۢا

Verily, We have warned you of a Penalty near, the Day when man will see (the deeds) which his hands have sent forth, and the Unbeliever will say, "Woe unto me! Would that I were (metre) dust

79:12 النَّازِعَاتِ An-Naazi'aat
قَالُواْ تِلۡكَ إِذࣰ ا كَرَّةٌ خَاسِرَةࣱ‏

They say: "It would, in that case, be a return with loss

79:18 النَّازِعَاتِ An-Naazi'aat
فَقُلۡ هَل لَّكَ إِلَىٰٓ أَن تَزَكَّىٰ

And say to him, 'Wouldst thou that thou shouldst be purified (from sin)

79:20 النَّازِعَاتِ An-Naazi'aat
فَأَرَىٰهُ ٱلۡأٓيَةَ ٱلۡكُبۡرَىٰ

Then did (Moses) show him the Great Sign

إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَعِبۡرَةࣰ لِّمَن يَخۡشَىٰٓ

Verily in this is an instructive warning for whosoever feareth (Allah)

79:30 النَّازِعَاتِ An-Naazi'aat
وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ بَعۡدَ ذَٰلِكَ دَحَىٰهَآ

And the earth, moreover, hath He extended (to a wide expanse)

مَتَٰعࣰ ا لَّكُمۡ وَلِأَنۡعَٰمِكُمۡ

For use and convenience to you and your cattle

مَّتَٰعࣰ ا لَّكُمۡ وَلِأَنۡعَٰمِكُمۡ

For use and convenience to you and your cattle

لِكُلِّ ٱمۡرِيࣲٕ مِّنۡهُمۡ يَوۡمَئِذࣲ شَأۡنࣱ يُغۡنِيهِ

Each one of them, that Day, will have enough concern (of his own) to make him indifferent to the others

80:42 عَبَسَ Abasa
أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡكَفَرَةُ ٱلۡفَجَرَةُ

Such will be the Rejecters of Allah, the doers of iniquity

ٱلۡجَوَارِ ٱلۡكُنَّسِ

Go straight, or hide

وَإِذَا ٱلۡكَوَاكِبُ ٱنتَثَرَتۡ

When the Stars are scattered

82:6 الْاِنْفِطَارِ Al-Infitaar
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ مَا غَرَّكَ بِرَبِّكَ ٱلۡكَرِيمِ

O man! What has seduced thee from thy Lord Most Beneficent

82:7 الْاِنْفِطَارِ Al-Infitaar
ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَكَ فَسَوَّىٰكَ فَعَدَلَكَ

Him Who created thee. Fashioned thee in due proportion, and gave thee a just bias

82:19 الْاِنْفِطَارِ Al-Infitaar
يَوۡمَ لَا تَمۡلِكُ نَفۡسࣱ لِّنَفۡسࣲ شَيۡـࣰٔ اۖ وَٱلۡأَمۡرُ يَوۡمَئِذࣲ لِّلَّهِ

(It will be) the Day when no soul shall have power (to do) aught for another: For the command, that Day, will be (wholly) with Allah

83:26 المُطَفِّفِيْنَ Al-Mutaffifin
خِتَٰمُهُۥ مِسۡكࣱۚ وَفِي ذَٰلِكَ فَلۡيَتَنَافَسِ ٱلۡمُتَنَٰفِسُونَ

The seal thereof will be Musk: And for this let those aspire, who have aspirations

83:34 المُطَفِّفِيْنَ Al-Mutaffifin
فَٱلۡيَوۡمَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مِنَ ٱلۡكُفَّارِ يَضۡحَكُونَ

But on this Day the Believers will laugh at the Unbelievers

83:36 المُطَفِّفِيْنَ Al-Mutaffifin
هَلۡ ثُوِّبَ ٱلۡكُفَّارُ مَا كَانُواْ يَفۡعَلُونَ

Will not the Unbelievers have been paid back for what they did

85:9 الْبُرُوْجِ Al-Burooj
ٱلَّذِي لَهُۥ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءࣲ شَهِيدٌ

Him to Whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth! And Allah is Witness to all things

85:11 الْبُرُوْجِ Al-Burooj
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ لَهُمۡ جَنَّٰتࣱ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُۚ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلۡفَوۡزُ ٱلۡكَبِيرُ

For those who believe and do righteous deeds, will be Gardens; beneath which rivers flow: That is the great Salvation, (the fulfilment of all desires)

86:17 الطَّارِقِ At-Taariq
فَمَهِّلِ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ أَمۡهِلۡهُمۡ رُوَيۡدَۢا

Therefore grant a delay to the Unbelievers: Give respite to them gently (for awhile)

87:12 الْاَعْلٰي Al-A'laa
ٱلَّذِي يَصۡلَى ٱلنَّارَ ٱلۡكُبۡرَىٰ

Who will enter the Great Fire

89:5 الْفَجْرِ Al-Fajr
هَلۡ فِي ذَٰلِكَ قَسَمࣱ لِّذِي حِجۡرٍ

Is there (not) in these an adjuration (or evidence) for those who understand

89:22 الْفَجْرِ Al-Fajr
وَجَآءَ رَبُّكَ وَٱلۡمَلَكُ صَفࣰّ ا صَفࣰّ ا

And thy Lord cometh, and His angels, rank upon rank

90:6 الْبَلَدِ Al-Balad
يَقُولُ أَهۡلَكۡتُ مَالࣰ ا لُّبَدًا

He may say (boastfully); Wealth have I squandered in abundance

93:4 الضُّحٰي Ad-Dhuhaa
وَلَلۡأٓخِرَةُ خَيۡرࣱ لَّكَ مِنَ ٱلۡأُولَىٰ

And verily the Hereafter will be better for thee than the present

94:1 الشَّرْحِ Ash-Sharh
أَلَمۡ نَشۡرَحۡ لَكَ صَدۡرَكَ

Have We not expanded thee thy breast

94:4 الشَّرْحِ Ash-Sharh
وَرَفَعۡنَا لَكَ ذِكۡرَكَ

And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)

98:1 الْبَيِّنَةِ Al-Bayyina
لَمۡ يَكُنِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِنۡ أَهۡلِ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ وَٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ مُنفَكِّينَ حَتَّىٰ تَأۡتِيَهُمُ ٱلۡبَيِّنَةُ

Those who reject (Truth), among the People of the Book and among the Polytheists, were not going to depart (from their ways) until there should come to them Clear Evidence

98:4 الْبَيِّنَةِ Al-Bayyina
وَمَا تَفَرَّقَ ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُواْ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ إِلَّا مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا جَآءَتۡهُمُ ٱلۡبَيِّنَةُ

Nor did the People of the Book make schisms, until after there came to them Clear Evidence

98:5 الْبَيِّنَةِ Al-Bayyina
وَمَآ أُمِرُوٓاْ إِلَّا لِيَعۡبُدُواْ ٱللَّهَ مُخۡلِصِينَ لَهُ ٱلدِّينَ حُنَفَآءَ وَيُقِيمُواْ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَيُؤۡتُواْ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَۚ وَذَٰلِكَ دِينُ ٱلۡقَيِّمَةِ

And they have been commanded no more than this: To worship Allah, offering Him sincere devotion, being true (in faith); to establish regular prayer; and to practise regular charity; and that is the Religion Right and Straight

98:6 الْبَيِّنَةِ Al-Bayyina
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِنۡ أَهۡلِ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ وَٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآۚ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمۡ شَرُّ ٱلۡبَرِيَّةِ

Those who reject (Truth), among the People of the Book and among the Polytheists, will be in Hell-Fire, to dwell therein (for aye). They are the worst of creatures

98:8 الْبَيِّنَةِ Al-Bayyina
جَزَآؤُهُمۡ عِندَ رَبِّهِمۡ جَنَّٰتُ عَدۡنࣲ تَجۡرِي مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ أَبَدࣰ اۖ رَّضِيَ ٱللَّهُ عَنۡهُمۡ وَرَضُواْ عَنۡهُۚ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَنۡ خَشِيَ رَبَّهُۥ

Their reward is with Allah: Gardens of Eternity, beneath which rivers flow; they will dwell therein for ever; Allah well pleased with them, and they with Him: all this for such as fear their Lord and Cherisher

100:6 العٰدِيٰتِ Al-Aadiyaat
إِنَّ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ لِرَبِّهِۦ لَكَنُودࣱ‏

Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful

100:7 العٰدِيٰتِ Al-Aadiyaat
وَإِنَّهُۥ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ لَشَهِيدࣱ‏

And to that (fact) he bears witness (by his deeds)

104:1 الْهُمَزَةِ Al-Humaza
وَيۡلࣱ لِّكُلِّ هُمَزَةࣲ لُّمَزَةٍ

Woe to every (kind of) scandal-monger and-backbiter

107:2 الْمَاعُوْنِ Al-Maa'un
فَذَٰلِكَ ٱلَّذِي يَدُعُّ ٱلۡيَتِيمَ

Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness)
