  1. 52:20 الطُّوْرِ At-Tur

    مُتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَىٰ سُرُرࣲ مَّصۡفُوفَةࣲۖ وَزَوَّجۡنَٰهُم بِحُورٍ عِينࣲ‏

    They will recline (with ease) on Thrones (of dignity) arranged in ranks; and We shall join them to Companions, with beautiful big and lustrous eyes

  2. 52:21 الطُّوْرِ At-Tur

    وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَٱتَّبَعَتۡهُمۡ ذُرِّيَّتُهُم بِإِيمَٰنٍ أَلۡحَقۡنَا بِهِمۡ ذُرِّيَّتَهُمۡ وَمَآ أَلَتۡنَٰهُم مِّنۡ عَمَلِهِم مِّن شَيۡءࣲۚ كُلُّ ٱمۡرِيِٕۭ بِمَا كَسَبَ رَهِينࣱ‏

    And those who believe and whose families follow them in Faith,- to them shall We join their families: Nor shall We deprive them (of the fruit) of aught of their works: (Yet) is each individual in pledge for his deeds

  3. 52:22 الطُّوْرِ At-Tur

    وَأَمۡدَدۡنَٰهُم بِفَٰكِهَةࣲ وَلَحۡمࣲ مِّمَّا يَشۡتَهُونَ

    And We shall bestow on them, of fruit and meat, anything they shall desire

  4. 52:24 الطُّوْرِ At-Tur

    ۞وَيَطُوفُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ غِلۡمَانࣱ لَّهُمۡ كَأَنَّهُمۡ لُؤۡلُؤࣱ مَّكۡنُونࣱ‏

    Round about them will serve, (devoted) to them, young male servants (handsome) as Pearls well-guarded

  5. 52:25 الطُّوْرِ At-Tur

    وَأَقۡبَلَ بَعۡضُهُمۡ عَلَىٰ بَعۡضࣲ يَتَسَآءَلُونَ

    They will advance to each other, engaging in mutual enquiry

    أَمۡ تَأۡمُرُهُمۡ أَحۡلَٰمُهُم بِهَٰذَآۚ أَمۡ هُمۡ قَوۡمࣱ طَاغُونَ

    Is it that their faculties of understanding urge them to this, or are they but a people transgressing beyond bounds

    أَمۡ خُلِقُواْ مِنۡ غَيۡرِ شَيۡءٍ أَمۡ هُمُ ٱلۡخَٰلِقُونَ

    Were they created of nothing, or were they themselves the creators

  8. 52:37 الطُّوْرِ At-Tur

    أَمۡ عِندَهُمۡ خَزَآئِنُ رَبِّكَ أَمۡ هُمُ ٱلۡمُصَۜيۡطِرُونَ

    Or are the Treasures of thy Lord with them, or are they the managers (of affairs)

  9. 52:38 الطُّوْرِ At-Tur

    أَمۡ لَهُمۡ سُلَّمࣱ يَسۡتَمِعُونَ فِيهِۖ فَلۡيَأۡتِ مُسۡتَمِعُهُم بِسُلۡطَٰنࣲ مُّبِينٍ

    Or have they a ladder, by which they can (climb up to heaven and) listen (to its secrets)? Then let (such a) listener of theirs produce a manifest proof

  10. 52:40 الطُّوْرِ At-Tur

    أَمۡ تَسۡـَٔلُهُمۡ أَجۡرࣰ ا فَهُم مِّن مَّغۡرَمࣲ مُّثۡقَلُونَ

    Or is it that thou dost ask for a reward, so that they are burdened with a load of debt

  11. 52:41 الطُّوْرِ At-Tur

    أَمۡ عِندَهُمُ ٱلۡغَيۡبُ فَهُمۡ يَكۡتُبُونَ

    Or that the Unseen in it their hands, and they write it down

    أَمۡ يُرِيدُونَ كَيۡدࣰ اۖ فَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ هُمُ ٱلۡمَكِيدُونَ

    Or do they intend a plot (against thee)? But those who defy Allah are themselves involved in a Plot

  13. 52:43 الطُّوْرِ At-Tur

    أَمۡ لَهُمۡ إِلَٰهٌ غَيۡرُ ٱللَّهِۚ سُبۡحَٰنَ ٱللَّهِ عَمَّا يُشۡرِكُونَ

    Or have they a god other than Allah? Exalted is Allah far above the things they associate with Him

  14. 52:45 الطُّوْرِ At-Tur

    فَذَرۡهُمۡ حَتَّىٰ يُلَٰقُواْ يَوۡمَهُمُ ٱلَّذِي فِيهِ يُصۡعَقُونَ

    So leave them alone until they encounter that Day of theirs, wherein they shall (perforce) swoon (with terror)

  15. 52:46 الطُّوْرِ At-Tur

    يَوۡمَ لَا يُغۡنِي عَنۡهُمۡ كَيۡدُهُمۡ شَيۡـࣰٔ ا وَلَا هُمۡ يُنصَرُونَ

    The Day when their plotting will avail them nothing and no help shall be given them

  16. 52:47 الطُّوْرِ At-Tur

    وَإِنَّ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ عَذَابࣰ ا دُونَ ذَٰلِكَ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَهُمۡ لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ

    And verily, for those who do wrong, there is another punishment besides this: But most of them understand not

  17. 53:23 النَّجْمِ An-Najm

    إِنۡ هِيَ إِلَّآ أَسۡمَآءࣱ سَمَّيۡتُمُوهَآ أَنتُمۡ وَءَابَآؤُكُم مَّآ أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُ بِهَا مِن سُلۡطَٰنٍۚ إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا ٱلظَّنَّ وَمَا تَهۡوَى ٱلۡأَنفُسُۖ وَلَقَدۡ جَآءَهُم مِّن رَّبِّهِمُ ٱلۡهُدَىٰٓ

    These are nothing but names which ye have devised,- ye and your fathers,- for which Allah has sent down no authority (whatever). They follow nothing but conjecture and what their own souls desire!- Even though there has already come to them Guidance from their Lord

  18. 53:26 النَّجْمِ An-Najm

    ۞وَكَم مِّن مَّلَكࣲ فِي ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ لَا تُغۡنِي شَفَٰعَتُهُمۡ شَيۡـًٔا إِلَّا مِنۢ بَعۡدِ أَن يَأۡذَنَ ٱللَّهُ لِمَن يَشَآءُ وَيَرۡضَىٰٓ

    How many-so-ever be the angels in the heavens, their intercession will avail nothing except after Allah has given leave for whom He pleases and that he is acceptable to Him

  19. 53:28 النَّجْمِ An-Najm

    وَمَا لَهُم بِهِۦ مِنۡ عِلۡمٍۖ إِن يَتَّبِعُونَ إِلَّا ٱلظَّنَّۖ وَإِنَّ ٱلظَّنَّ لَا يُغۡنِي مِنَ ٱلۡحَقِّ شَيۡـࣰٔ ا

    But they have no knowledge therein. They follow nothing but conjecture; and conjecture avails nothing against Truth

  20. 53:30 النَّجْمِ An-Najm

    ذَٰلِكَ مَبۡلَغُهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡعِلۡمِۚ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَن ضَلَّ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦ وَهُوَ أَعۡلَمُ بِمَنِ ٱهۡتَدَىٰ

    That is as far as knowledge will reach them. Verily thy Lord knoweth best those who stray from His Path, and He knoweth best those who receive guidance

  21. 53:37 النَّجْمِ An-Najm

    وَإِبۡرَٰهِيمَ ٱلَّذِي وَفَّىٰٓ

    And of Abraham who fulfilled his engagements

    وَقَوۡمَ نُوحࣲ مِّن قَبۡلُۖ إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُواْ هُمۡ أَظۡلَمَ وَأَطۡغَىٰ

    And before them, the people of Noah, for that they were (all) most unjust and most insolent transgressors

  23. 54:3 الْقَمَرِ Al-Qamar

    وَكَذَّبُواْ وَٱتَّبَعُوٓاْ أَهۡوَآءَهُمۡۚ وَكُلُّ أَمۡرࣲ مُّسۡتَقِرࣱّ‏

    They reject (the warning) and follow their (own) lusts but every matter has its appointed time

  24. 54:4 الْقَمَرِ Al-Qamar

    وَلَقَدۡ جَآءَهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡأَنۢبَآءِ مَا فِيهِ مُزۡدَجَرٌ

    There have already come to them Recitals wherein there is (enough) to check (them)

  25. 54:6 الْقَمَرِ Al-Qamar

    فَتَوَلَّ عَنۡهُمۡۘ يَوۡمَ يَدۡعُ ٱلدَّاعِ إِلَىٰ شَيۡءࣲ نُّكُرٍ

    Therefore, (O Prophet,) turn away from them. The Day that the Caller will call (them) to a terrible affair

  26. 54:7 الْقَمَرِ Al-Qamar

    خُشَّعًا أَبۡصَٰرُهُمۡ يَخۡرُجُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡأَجۡدَاثِ كَأَنَّهُمۡ جَرَادࣱ مُّنتَشِرࣱ‏

    They will come forth,- their eyes humbled - from (their) graves, (torpid) like locusts scattered abroad

  27. 54:9 الْقَمَرِ Al-Qamar

    ۞كَذَّبَتۡ قَبۡلَهُمۡ قَوۡمُ نُوحࣲ فَكَذَّبُواْ عَبۡدَنَا وَقَالُواْ مَجۡنُونࣱ وَٱزۡدُجِرَ

    Before them the People of Noah rejected (their messenger): they rejected Our servant, and said, "Here is one possessed!", and he was driven out

  28. 54:11 الْقَمَرِ Al-Qamar

    فَفَتَحۡنَآ أَبۡوَٰبَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ بِمَآءࣲ مُّنۡهَمِرࣲ‏

    So We opened the gates of heaven, with water pouring forth

  29. 54:19 الْقَمَرِ Al-Qamar

    إِنَّآ أَرۡسَلۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ رِيحࣰ ا صَرۡصَرࣰ ا فِي يَوۡمِ نَحۡسࣲ مُّسۡتَمِرࣲّ‏

    For We sent against them a furious wind, on a Day of violent Disaster

  30. 54:20 الْقَمَرِ Al-Qamar

    تَنزِعُ ٱلنَّاسَ كَأَنَّهُمۡ أَعۡجَازُ نَخۡلࣲ مُّنقَعِرࣲ‏

    Plucking out men as if they were roots of palm-trees torn up (from the ground)

  31. 54:27 الْقَمَرِ Al-Qamar

    إِنَّا مُرۡسِلُواْ ٱلنَّاقَةِ فِتۡنَةࣰ لَّهُمۡ فَٱرۡتَقِبۡهُمۡ وَٱصۡطَبِرۡ

    For We will send the she-camel by way of trial for them. So watch them, (O Salih), and possess thyself in patience

  32. 54:28 الْقَمَرِ Al-Qamar

    وَنَبِّئۡهُمۡ أَنَّ ٱلۡمَآءَ قِسۡمَةُۢ بَيۡنَهُمۡۖ كُلُّ شِرۡبࣲ مُّحۡتَضَرࣱ‏

    And tell them that the water is to be divided between them: Each one's right to drink being brought forward (by suitable turns)

  33. 54:29 الْقَمَرِ Al-Qamar

    فَنَادَوۡاْ صَاحِبَهُمۡ فَتَعَاطَىٰ فَعَقَرَ

    But they called to their companion, and he took a sword in hand, and hamstrung (her)

  34. 54:31 الْقَمَرِ Al-Qamar

    إِنَّآ أَرۡسَلۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ صَيۡحَةࣰ وَٰحِدَةࣰ فَكَانُواْ كَهَشِيمِ ٱلۡمُحۡتَظِرِ

    For We sent against them a single Mighty Blast, and they became like the dry stubble used by one who pens cattle

  35. 54:34 الْقَمَرِ Al-Qamar

    إِنَّآ أَرۡسَلۡنَا عَلَيۡهِمۡ حَاصِبًا إِلَّآ ءَالَ لُوطࣲۖ نَّجَّيۡنَٰهُم بِسَحَرࣲ‏

    We sent against them a violent Tornado with showers of stones, (which destroyed them), except Lut's household: them We delivered by early Dawn

  36. 54:36 الْقَمَرِ Al-Qamar

    وَلَقَدۡ أَنذَرَهُم بَطۡشَتَنَا فَتَمَارَوۡاْ بِٱلنُّذُرِ

    And (Lut) did warn them of Our Punishment, but they disputed about the Warning

  37. 54:37 الْقَمَرِ Al-Qamar

    وَلَقَدۡ رَٰوَدُوهُ عَن ضَيۡفِهِۦ فَطَمَسۡنَآ أَعۡيُنَهُمۡ فَذُوقُواْ عَذَابِي وَنُذُرِ

    And they even sought to snatch away his guests from him, but We blinded their eyes. (They heard:) "Now taste ye My Wrath and My Warning

  38. 54:38 الْقَمَرِ Al-Qamar

    وَلَقَدۡ صَبَّحَهُم بُكۡرَةً عَذَابࣱ مُّسۡتَقِرࣱّ‏

    Early on the morrow an abiding Punishment seized them

    كَذَّبُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا كُلِّهَا فَأَخَذۡنَٰهُمۡ أَخۡذَ عَزِيزࣲ مُّقۡتَدِرٍ

    The (people) rejected all Our Signs; but We seized them with such Penalty (as comes) from One Exalted in Power, able to carry out His Will

  40. 54:46 الْقَمَرِ Al-Qamar

    بَلِ ٱلسَّاعَةُ مَوۡعِدُهُمۡ وَٱلسَّاعَةُ أَدۡهَىٰ وَأَمَرُّ

    Nay, the Hour (of Judgment) is the time promised them (for their full recompense): And that Hour will be most grievous and most bitter

  41. 54:48 الْقَمَرِ Al-Qamar

    يَوۡمَ يُسۡحَبُونَ فِي ٱلنَّارِ عَلَىٰ وُجُوهِهِمۡ ذُوقُواْ مَسَّ سَقَرَ

    The Day they will be dragged through the Fire on their faces, (they will hear:) "Taste ye the touch of Hell

  42. 55:20 الرَّحْمٰنِ Ar-Rahmaan

    بَيۡنَهُمَا بَرۡزَخࣱ لَّا يَبۡغِيَانِ

    Between them is a Barrier which they do not transgress

    يَخۡرُجُ مِنۡهُمَا ٱللُّؤۡلُؤُ وَٱلۡمَرۡجَانُ

    Out of them come Pearls and Coral

  44. 55:41 الرَّحْمٰنِ Ar-Rahmaan

    يُعۡرَفُ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمُونَ بِسِيمَٰهُمۡ فَيُؤۡخَذُ بِٱلنَّوَٰصِي وَٱلۡأَقۡدَامِ

    (For) the sinners will be known by their marks: and they will be seized by their forelocks and their feet

  45. 55:50 الرَّحْمٰنِ Ar-Rahmaan

    فِيهِمَا عَيۡنَانِ تَجۡرِيَانِ

    In them (each) will be two Springs flowing (free)

    فِيهِمَا مِن كُلِّ فَٰكِهَةࣲ زَوۡجَانِ

    In them will be Fruits of every kind, two and two

  47. 55:56 الرَّحْمٰنِ Ar-Rahmaan

    فِيهِنَّ قَٰصِرَٰتُ ٱلطَّرۡفِ لَمۡ يَطۡمِثۡهُنَّ إِنسࣱ قَبۡلَهُمۡ وَلَا جَآنࣱّ‏

    In them will be (Maidens), chaste, restraining their glances, whom no man or Jinn before them has touched

  48. 55:62 الرَّحْمٰنِ Ar-Rahmaan

    وَمِن دُونِهِمَا جَنَّتَانِ

    And besides these two, there are two other Gardens

    مُدۡهَآمَّتَانِ

    Dark-green in colour (from plentiful watering)

    In them (each) will be two Springs pouring forth water in continuous abundance
