It is He Who hath created for you all things that are on earth; Moreover His design comprehended the heavens, for He gave order and perfection to the seven firmaments; and of all things He hath perfect knowledge

ثُمَّ كَانَ عَلَقَةࣰ فَخَلَقَ فَسَوَّىٰ
Then did he become a leech-like clot; then did (Allah) make and fashion (him) in due proportion

Then they rejected him (as a false prophet), and they hamstrung her. So their Lord, on account of their crime, obliterated their traces and made them equal (in destruction, high and low)
