24:35 النُّوْرِ An-Noor
۞ٱللَّهُ نُورُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ مَثَلُ نُورِهِۦ كَمِشۡكَوٰةࣲ فِيهَا مِصۡبَاحٌۖ ٱلۡمِصۡبَاحُ فِي زُجَاجَةٍۖ ٱلزُّجَاجَةُ كَأَنَّهَا كَوۡكَبࣱ دُرِّيࣱّ يُوقَدُ مِن شَجَرَةࣲ مُّبَٰرَكَةࣲ زَيۡتُونَةࣲ لَّا شَرۡقِيَّةࣲ وَلَا غَرۡبِيَّةࣲ يَكَادُ زَيۡتُهَا يُضِيٓءُ وَلَوۡ لَمۡ تَمۡسَسۡهُ نَارࣱۚ نُّورٌ عَلَىٰ نُورࣲۚ يَهۡدِي ٱللَّهُ لِنُورِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَيَضۡرِبُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡأَمۡثَٰلَ لِلنَّاسِۗ وَٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمࣱ‏

Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth. The Parable of His Light is as if there were a Niche and within it a Lamp: the Lamp enclosed in Glass: the glass as it were a brilliant star: Lit from a blessed Tree, an Olive, neither of the east nor of the west, whose oil is well-nigh luminous, though fire scarce touched it: Light upon Light! Allah doth guide whom He will to His Light: Allah doth set forth Parables for men: and Allah doth know all things

24:45 النُّوْرِ An-Noor
وَٱللَّهُ خَلَقَ كُلَّ دَآبَّةࣲ مِّن مَّآءࣲۖ فَمِنۡهُم مَّن يَمۡشِي عَلَىٰ بَطۡنِهِۦ وَمِنۡهُم مَّن يَمۡشِي عَلَىٰ رِجۡلَيۡنِ وَمِنۡهُم مَّن يَمۡشِي عَلَىٰٓ أَرۡبَعࣲۚ يَخۡلُقُ ٱللَّهُ مَا يَشَآءُۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءࣲ قَدِيرࣱ‏

And Allah has created every animal from water: of them there are some that creep on their bellies; some that walk on two legs; and some that walk on four. Allah creates what He wills for verily Allah has power over all things

25:9 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
ٱنظُرۡ كَيۡفَ ضَرَبُواْ لَكَ ٱلۡأَمۡثَٰلَ فَضَلُّواْ فَلَا يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ سَبِيلࣰ ا

See what kinds of comparisons they make for thee! But they have gone astray, and never a way will they be able to find

25:16 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
لَّهُمۡ فِيهَا مَا يَشَآءُونَ خَٰلِدِينَۚ كَانَ عَلَىٰ رَبِّكَ وَعۡدࣰ ا مَّسۡـُٔولࣰ ا

For them there will be therein all that they wish for: they will dwell (there) for aye: A promise to be prayed for from thy Lord

25:20 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
وَمَآ أَرۡسَلۡنَا قَبۡلَكَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ إِلَّآ إِنَّهُمۡ لَيَأۡكُلُونَ ٱلطَّعَامَ وَيَمۡشُونَ فِي ٱلۡأَسۡوَاقِۗ وَجَعَلۡنَا بَعۡضَكُمۡ لِبَعۡضࣲ فِتۡنَةً أَتَصۡبِرُونَۗ وَكَانَ رَبُّكَ بَصِيرࣰ ا

And the messengers whom We sent before thee were all (men) who ate food and walked through the streets: We have made some of you as a trial for others: will ye have patience? for Allah is One Who sees (all things)

25:21 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
۞وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَرۡجُونَ لِقَآءَنَا لَوۡلَآ أُنزِلَ عَلَيۡنَا ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ أَوۡ نَرَىٰ رَبَّنَاۗ لَقَدِ ٱسۡتَكۡبَرُواْ فِيٓ أَنفُسِهِمۡ وَعَتَوۡ عُتُوࣰّ ا كَبِيرࣰ ا

Such as fear not the meeting with Us (for Judgment) say: "Why are not the angels sent down to us, or (why) do we not see our Lord?" Indeed they have an arrogant conceit of themselves, and mighty is the insolence of their impiety

25:30 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
وَقَالَ ٱلرَّسُولُ يَٰرَبِّ إِنَّ قَوۡمِي ٱتَّخَذُواْ هَٰذَا ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ مَهۡجُورࣰ ا

Then the Messenger will say: "O my Lord! Truly my people took this Qur'an for just foolish nonsense

25:31 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
وَكَذَٰلِكَ جَعَلۡنَا لِكُلِّ نَبِيٍّ عَدُوࣰّ ا مِّنَ ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَۗ وَكَفَىٰ بِرَبِّكَ هَادِيࣰ ا وَنَصِيرࣰ ا

Thus have We made for every prophet an enemy among the sinners: but enough is thy Lord to guide and to help

25:39 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
وَكُلࣰّ ا ضَرَبۡنَا لَهُ ٱلۡأَمۡثَٰلَۖ وَكُلࣰّ ا تَبَّرۡنَا تَتۡبِيرࣰ ا

To each one We set forth Parables and examples; and each one We broke to utter annihilation (for their sins)

25:45 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
أَلَمۡ تَرَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ كَيۡفَ مَدَّ ٱلظِّلَّ وَلَوۡ شَآءَ لَجَعَلَهُۥ سَاكِنࣰ ا ثُمَّ جَعَلۡنَا ٱلشَّمۡسَ عَلَيۡهِ دَلِيلࣰ ا

Hast thou not turned thy vision to thy Lord?- How He doth prolong the shadow! If He willed, He could make it stationary! then do We make the sun its guide

25:54 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ مِنَ ٱلۡمَآءِ بَشَرࣰ ا فَجَعَلَهُۥ نَسَبࣰ ا وَصِهۡرࣰ اۗ وَكَانَ رَبُّكَ قَدِيرࣰ ا

It is He Who has created man from water: then has He established relationships of lineage and marriage: for thy Lord has power (over all things)

25:55 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
وَيَعۡبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مَا لَا يَنفَعُهُمۡ وَلَا يَضُرُّهُمۡۗ وَكَانَ ٱلۡكَافِرُ عَلَىٰ رَبِّهِۦ ظَهِيرࣰ ا

Yet do they worship, besides Allah, things that can neither profit them nor harm them: and the Misbeliever is a helper (of Evil), against his own Lord

25:57 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
قُلۡ مَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍ إِلَّا مَن شَآءَ أَن يَتَّخِذَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِۦ سَبِيلࣰ ا

Say: "No reward do I ask of you for it but this: that each one who will may take a (straight) Path to his Lord

25:64 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
وَٱلَّذِينَ يَبِيتُونَ لِرَبِّهِمۡ سُجَّدࣰ ا وَقِيَٰمࣰ ا

Those who spend the night in adoration of their Lord prostrate and standing

25:65 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
وَٱلَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا ٱصۡرِفۡ عَنَّا عَذَابَ جَهَنَّمَۖ إِنَّ عَذَابَهَا كَانَ غَرَامًا

Those who say, "Our Lord! avert from us the Wrath of Hell, for its Wrath is indeed an affliction grievous

25:73 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
وَٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِّرُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِ رَبِّهِمۡ لَمۡ يَخِرُّواْ عَلَيۡهَا صُمࣰّ ا وَعُمۡيَانࣰ ا

Those who, when they are admonished with the Signs of their Lord, droop not down at them as if they were deaf or blind

25:74 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
وَٱلَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا هَبۡ لَنَا مِنۡ أَزۡوَٰجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّٰتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعۡيُنࣲ وَٱجۡعَلۡنَا لِلۡمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا

And those who pray, "Our Lord! Grant unto us wives and offspring who will be the comfort of our eyes, and give us (the grace) to lead the righteous

25:77 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
قُلۡ مَا يَعۡبَؤُاْ بِكُمۡ رَبِّي لَوۡلَا دُعَآؤُكُمۡۖ فَقَدۡ كَذَّبۡتُمۡ فَسَوۡفَ يَكُونُ لِزَامَۢا

Say (to the Rejecters): "My Lord is not uneasy because of you if ye call not on Him: But ye have indeed rejected (Him), and soon will come the inevitable (punishment)

26:9 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ

And verily, thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful

26:10 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
وَإِذۡ نَادَىٰ رَبُّكَ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنِ ٱئۡتِ ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ

Behold, thy Lord called Moses: "Go to the people of iniquity

26:12 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّيٓ أَخَافُ أَن يُكَذِّبُونِ

He said: "O my Lord! I do fear that they will charge me with falsehood

26:16 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
فَأۡتِيَا فِرۡعَوۡنَ فَقُولَآ إِنَّا رَسُولُ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

So go forth, both of you, to Pharaoh, and say: 'We have been sent by the Lord and Cherisher of the worlds

26:18 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
قَالَ أَلَمۡ نُرَبِّكَ فِينَا وَلِيدࣰ ا وَلَبِثۡتَ فِينَا مِنۡ عُمُرِكَ سِنِينَ

(Pharaoh) said: "Did we not cherish thee as a child among us, and didst thou not stay in our midst many years of thy life

26:21 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
فَفَرَرۡتُ مِنكُمۡ لَمَّا خِفۡتُكُمۡ فَوَهَبَ لِي رَبِّي حُكۡمࣰ ا وَجَعَلَنِي مِنَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ

So I fled from you (all) when I feared you; but my Lord has (since) invested me with judgment (and wisdom) and appointed me as one of the messengers

26:23 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
قَالَ فِرۡعَوۡنُ وَمَا رَبُّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

Pharaoh said: "And what is the 'Lord and Cherisher of the worlds

26:24 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
قَالَ رَبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَآۖ إِن كُنتُم مُّوقِنِينَ

(Moses) said: "The Lord and Cherisher of the heavens and the earth, and all between,- if ye want to be quite sure

26:26 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
قَالَ رَبُّكُمۡ وَرَبُّ ءَابَآئِكُمُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ

(Moses) said: "Your Lord and the Lord of your fathers from the beginning

26:28 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
قَالَ رَبُّ ٱلۡمَشۡرِقِ وَٱلۡمَغۡرِبِ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَآۖ إِن كُنتُمۡ تَعۡقِلُونَ

(Moses) said: "Lord of the East and the West, and all between! if ye only had sense

26:42 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
قَالَ نَعَمۡ وَإِنَّكُمۡ إِذࣰ ا لَّمِنَ ٱلۡمُقَرَّبِينَ

He said: "Yea, (and more),- for ye shall in that case be (raised to posts) nearest (to my person)

26:47 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
قَالُوٓاْ ءَامَنَّا بِرَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

Saying: "We believe in the Lord of the Worlds

رَبِّ مُوسَىٰ وَهَٰرُونَ

The Lord of Moses and Aaron

26:50 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
قَالُواْ لَا ضَيۡرَۖ إِنَّآ إِلَىٰ رَبِّنَا مُنقَلِبُونَ

They said: "No matter! for us, we shall but return to our Lord

26:51 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
إِنَّا نَطۡمَعُ أَن يَغۡفِرَ لَنَا رَبُّنَا خَطَٰيَٰنَآ أَن كُنَّآ أَوَّلَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

Only, our desire is that our Lord will forgive us our faults, that we may become foremost among the believers

26:62 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
قَالَ كَلَّآۖ إِنَّ مَعِيَ رَبِّي سَيَهۡدِينِ

(Moses) said: "By no means! my Lord is with me! Soon will He guide me

26:63 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
فَأَوۡحَيۡنَآ إِلَىٰ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنِ ٱضۡرِب بِّعَصَاكَ ٱلۡبَحۡرَۖ فَٱنفَلَقَ فَكَانَ كُلُّ فِرۡقࣲ كَٱلطَّوۡدِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ

Then We told Moses by inspiration: "Strike the sea with thy rod." So it divided, and each separate part became like the huge, firm mass of a mountain

26:68 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ

And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful

26:77 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
فَإِنَّهُمۡ عَدُوࣱّ لِّيٓ إِلَّا رَبَّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

For they are enemies to me; not so the Lord and Cherisher of the Worlds

26:83 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
رَبِّ هَبۡ لِي حُكۡمࣰ ا وَأَلۡحِقۡنِي بِٱلصَّٰلِحِينَ

O my Lord! bestow wisdom on me, and join me with the righteous

26:98 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
إِذۡ نُسَوِّيكُم بِرَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

When we held you as equals with the Lord of the Worlds

26:104 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ

And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful

26:109 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

No reward do I ask of you for it: my reward is only from the Lord of the Worlds

26:113 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
إِنۡ حِسَابُهُمۡ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّيۖ لَوۡ تَشۡعُرُونَ

Their account is only with my Lord, if ye could (but) understand

26:117 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
قَالَ رَبِّ إِنَّ قَوۡمِي كَذَّبُونِ

He said: "O my Lord! truly my people have rejected me

26:122 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ

And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful

26:127 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa

26:145 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa

26:155 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
قَالَ هَٰذِهِۦ نَاقَةࣱ لَّهَا شِرۡبࣱ وَلَكُمۡ شِرۡبُ يَوۡمࣲ مَّعۡلُومࣲ‏

He said: "Here is a she-camel: she has a right of watering, and ye have a right of watering, (severally) on a day appointed

26:159 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
وَإِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَهُوَ ٱلۡعَزِيزُ ٱلرَّحِيمُ

And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful

26:164 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ
