36:22 يٰسٓ Yaseen
وَمَالِيَ لَآ أَعۡبُدُ ٱلَّذِي فَطَرَنِي وَإِلَيۡهِ تُرۡجَعُونَ

It would not be reasonable in me if I did not serve Him Who created me, and to Whom ye shall (all) be brought back

36:23 يٰسٓ Yaseen
ءَأَتَّخِذُ مِن دُونِهِۦٓ ءَالِهَةً إِن يُرِدۡنِ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ بِضُرࣲّ لَّا تُغۡنِ عَنِّي شَفَٰعَتُهُمۡ شَيۡـࣰٔ ا وَلَا يُنقِذُونِ

Shall I take (other) gods besides Him? If (Allah) Most Gracious should intend some adversity for me, of no use whatever will be their intercession for me, nor can they deliver me

36:31 يٰسٓ Yaseen
أَلَمۡ يَرَوۡاْ كَمۡ أَهۡلَكۡنَا قَبۡلَهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡقُرُونِ أَنَّهُمۡ إِلَيۡهِمۡ لَا يَرۡجِعُونَ

See they not how many generations before them we destroyed? Not to them will they return

36:33 يٰسٓ Yaseen
وَءَايَةࣱ لَّهُمُ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ ٱلۡمَيۡتَةُ أَحۡيَيۡنَٰهَا وَأَخۡرَجۡنَا مِنۡهَا حَبࣰّ ا فَمِنۡهُ يَأۡكُلُونَ

A Sign for them is the earth that is dead: We do give it life, and produce grain therefrom, of which ye do eat

36:36 يٰسٓ Yaseen
سُبۡحَٰنَ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلۡأَزۡوَٰجَ كُلَّهَا مِمَّا تُنۢبِتُ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ وَمِنۡ أَنفُسِهِمۡ وَمِمَّا لَا يَعۡلَمُونَ

Glory to Allah, Who created in pairs all things that the earth produces, as well as their own (human) kind and (other) things of which they have no knowledge

36:37 يٰسٓ Yaseen
وَءَايَةࣱ لَّهُمُ ٱلَّيۡلُ نَسۡلَخُ مِنۡهُ ٱلنَّهَارَ فَإِذَا هُم مُّظۡلِمُونَ

And a Sign for them is the Night: We withdraw therefrom the Day, and behold they are plunged in darkness

36:38 يٰسٓ Yaseen
وَٱلشَّمۡسُ تَجۡرِي لِمُسۡتَقَرࣲّ لَّهَاۚ ذَٰلِكَ تَقۡدِيرُ ٱلۡعَزِيزِ ٱلۡعَلِيمِ

And the sun runs his course for a period determined for him: that is the decree of (Him), the Exalted in Might, the All-Knowing

36:40 يٰسٓ Yaseen
لَا ٱلشَّمۡسُ يَنۢبَغِي لَهَآ أَن تُدۡرِكَ ٱلۡقَمَرَ وَلَا ٱلَّيۡلُ سَابِقُ ٱلنَّهَارِۚ وَكُلࣱّ فِي فَلَكࣲ يَسۡبَحُونَ

It is not permitted to the Sun to catch up the Moon, nor can the Night outstrip the Day: Each (just) swims along in (its own) orbit (according to Law)

36:41 يٰسٓ Yaseen
وَءَايَةࣱ لَّهُمۡ أَنَّا حَمَلۡنَا ذُرِّيَّتَهُمۡ فِي ٱلۡفُلۡكِ ٱلۡمَشۡحُونِ

And a Sign for them is that We bore their race (through the Flood) in the loaded Ark

36:42 يٰسٓ Yaseen
وَخَلَقۡنَا لَهُم مِّن مِّثۡلِهِۦ مَا يَرۡكَبُونَ

And We have created for them similar (vessels) on which they ride

36:43 يٰسٓ Yaseen
وَإِن نَّشَأۡ نُغۡرِقۡهُمۡ فَلَا صَرِيخَ لَهُمۡ وَلَا هُمۡ يُنقَذُونَ

If it were Our Will, We could drown them: then would there be no helper (to hear their cry), nor could they be delivered

36:45 يٰسٓ Yaseen
وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ ٱتَّقُواْ مَا بَيۡنَ أَيۡدِيكُمۡ وَمَا خَلۡفَكُمۡ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُرۡحَمُونَ

When they are told, "Fear ye that which is before you and that which will be after you, in order that ye may receive Mercy," (they turn back)

36:47 يٰسٓ Yaseen
وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمۡ أَنفِقُواْ مِمَّا رَزَقَكُمُ ٱللَّهُ قَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لِلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ أَنُطۡعِمُ مَن لَّوۡ يَشَآءُ ٱللَّهُ أَطۡعَمَهُۥٓ إِنۡ أَنتُمۡ إِلَّا فِي ضَلَٰلࣲ مُّبِينࣲ‏

And when they are told, "Spend ye of (the bounties) with which Allah has provided you," the Unbelievers say to those who believe: "Shall we then feed those whom, if Allah had so willed, He would have fed, (Himself)?- Ye are in nothing but manifest error

36:50 يٰسٓ Yaseen
فَلَا يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ تَوۡصِيَةࣰ وَلَآ إِلَىٰٓ أَهۡلِهِمۡ يَرۡجِعُونَ

No (chance) will they then have, by will, to dispose (of their affairs), nor to return to their own people

36:57 يٰسٓ Yaseen
لَهُمۡ فِيهَا فَٰكِهَةࣱ وَلَهُم مَّا يَدَّعُونَ

(Every) fruit (enjoyment) will be there for them; they shall have whatever they call for

36:64 يٰسٓ Yaseen
ٱصۡلَوۡهَا ٱلۡيَوۡمَ بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَكۡفُرُونَ

Embrace ye the (fire) this Day, for that ye (persistently) rejected (Truth)

36:65 يٰسٓ Yaseen
ٱلۡيَوۡمَ نَخۡتِمُ عَلَىٰٓ أَفۡوَٰهِهِمۡ وَتُكَلِّمُنَآ أَيۡدِيهِمۡ وَتَشۡهَدُ أَرۡجُلُهُم بِمَا كَانُواْ يَكۡسِبُونَ

That Day shall We set a seal on their mouths. But their hands will speak to us, and their feet bear witness, to all that they did

36:69 يٰسٓ Yaseen
وَمَا عَلَّمۡنَٰهُ ٱلشِّعۡرَ وَمَا يَنۢبَغِي لَهُۥٓۚ إِنۡ هُوَ إِلَّا ذِكۡرࣱ وَقُرۡءَانࣱ مُّبِينࣱ‏

We have not instructed the (Prophet) in Poetry, nor is it meet for him: this is no less than a Message and a Qur'an making things clear

36:71 يٰسٓ Yaseen
أَوَلَمۡ يَرَوۡاْ أَنَّا خَلَقۡنَا لَهُم مِّمَّا عَمِلَتۡ أَيۡدِينَآ أَنۡعَٰمࣰ ا فَهُمۡ لَهَا مَٰلِكُونَ

See they not that it is We Who have created for them - among the things which Our hands have fashioned - cattle, which are under their dominion

36:72 يٰسٓ Yaseen
وَذَلَّلۡنَٰهَا لَهُمۡ فَمِنۡهَا رَكُوبُهُمۡ وَمِنۡهَا يَأۡكُلُونَ

And that We have subjected them to their (use)? of them some do carry them and some they eat

36:73 يٰسٓ Yaseen
وَلَهُمۡ فِيهَا مَنَٰفِعُ وَمَشَارِبُۚ أَفَلَا يَشۡكُرُونَ

And they have (other) profits from them (besides), and they get (milk) to drink. Will they not then be grateful

36:74 يٰسٓ Yaseen
وَٱتَّخَذُواْ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ ءَالِهَةࣰ لَّعَلَّهُمۡ يُنصَرُونَ

Yet they take (for worship) gods other than Allah, (hoping) that they might be helped

36:75 يٰسٓ Yaseen
لَا يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ نَصۡرَهُمۡ وَهُمۡ لَهُمۡ جُندࣱ مُّحۡضَرُونَ

They have not the power to help them: but they will be brought up (before Our Judgment-seat) as a troop (to be condemned)

Open ayah In surah context Juz 23
36:76 يٰسٓ Yaseen
فَلَا يَحۡزُنكَ قَوۡلُهُمۡۘ إِنَّا نَعۡلَمُ مَا يُسِرُّونَ وَمَا يُعۡلِنُونَ

Let not their speech, then, grieve thee. Verily We know what they hide as well as what they disclose

36:81 يٰسٓ Yaseen
أَوَلَيۡسَ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ بِقَٰدِرٍ عَلَىٰٓ أَن يَخۡلُقَ مِثۡلَهُمۚ بَلَىٰ وَهُوَ ٱلۡخَلَّٰقُ ٱلۡعَلِيمُ

Is not He Who created the heavens and the earth able to create the like thereof?" - Yea, indeed! for He is the Creator Supreme, of skill and knowledge (infinite)

36:82 يٰسٓ Yaseen
إِنَّمَآ أَمۡرُهُۥٓ إِذَآ أَرَادَ شَيۡـًٔا أَن يَقُولَ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ

Verily, when He intends a thing, His Command is, "be", and it is

36:83 يٰسٓ Yaseen
فَسُبۡحَٰنَ ٱلَّذِي بِيَدِهِۦ مَلَكُوتُ كُلِّ شَيۡءࣲ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُرۡجَعُونَ

So glory to Him in Whose hands is the dominion of all things: and to Him will ye be all brought back

37:4 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
إِنَّ إِلَٰهَكُمۡ لَوَٰحِدࣱ‏

Verily, verily, your Allah is one

37:9 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
دُحُورࣰ اۖ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابࣱ وَاصِبٌ

Repulsed, for they are under a perpetual penalty

37:23 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ فَٱهۡدُوهُمۡ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطِ ٱلۡجَحِيمِ

Besides Allah, and lead them to the Way to the (Fierce) Fire

37:35 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
إِنَّهُمۡ كَانُوٓاْ إِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمۡ لَآ إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا ٱللَّهُ يَسۡتَكۡبِرُونَ

For they, when they were told that there is no god except Allah, would puff themselves up with Pride

37:36 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَيَقُولُونَ أَئِنَّا لَتَارِكُوٓاْ ءَالِهَتِنَا لِشَاعِرࣲ مَّجۡنُونِۭ

And say: "What! shall we give up our gods for the sake of a Poet possessed

37:40 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمُخۡلَصِينَ

But the sincere (and devoted) Servants of Allah

37:41 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ لَهُمۡ رِزۡقࣱ مَّعۡلُومࣱ‏

For them is a Sustenance determined

37:45 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
يُطَافُ عَلَيۡهِم بِكَأۡسࣲ مِّن مَّعِينِۭ

Round will be passed to them a Cup from a clear-flowing fountain

37:56 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
قَالَ تَٱللَّهِ إِن كِدتَّ لَتُرۡدِينِ

He said: "By Allah! thou wast little short of bringing me to perdition

37:60 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَهُوَ ٱلۡفَوۡزُ ٱلۡعَظِيمُ

Verily this is the supreme achievement

37:67 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
ثُمَّ إِنَّ لَهُمۡ عَلَيۡهَا لَشَوۡبࣰ ا مِّنۡ حَمِيمࣲ‏

Then on top of that they will be given a mixture made of boiling water

37:71 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَلَقَدۡ ضَلَّ قَبۡلَهُمۡ أَكۡثَرُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ

And truly before them, many of the ancients went astray

37:74 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلۡمُخۡلَصِينَ

Except the sincere (and devoted) Servants of Allah

37:76 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَنَجَّيۡنَٰهُ وَأَهۡلَهُۥ مِنَ ٱلۡكَرۡبِ ٱلۡعَظِيمِ

And We delivered him and his people from the Great Calamity

37:78 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَتَرَكۡنَا عَلَيۡهِ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ

And We left (this blessing) for him among generations to come in later times

37:86 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
أَئِفۡكًا ءَالِهَةࣰ دُونَ ٱللَّهِ تُرِيدُونَ

Is it a falsehood- gods other than Allah- that ye desire

37:91 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
فَرَاغَ إِلَىٰٓ ءَالِهَتِهِمۡ فَقَالَ أَلَا تَأۡكُلُونَ

Then did he turn to their gods and said, "will ye not eat (of the offerings before you)

37:93 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
فَرَاغَ عَلَيۡهِمۡ ضَرۡبَۢا بِٱلۡيَمِينِ

Then did he turn upon them, striking (them) with the right hand

37:94 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
فَأَقۡبَلُوٓاْ إِلَيۡهِ يَزِفُّونَ

Then came (the worshippers) with hurried steps, and faced (him)

37:96 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَٱللَّهُ خَلَقَكُمۡ وَمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ

But Allah has created you and your handwork

37:97 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
قَالُواْ ٱبۡنُواْ لَهُۥ بُنۡيَٰنࣰ ا فَأَلۡقُوهُ فِي ٱلۡجَحِيمِ

They said, "Build him a furnace, and throw him into the blazing fire

37:102 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
فَلَمَّا بَلَغَ مَعَهُ ٱلسَّعۡيَ قَالَ يَٰبُنَيَّ إِنِّيٓ أَرَىٰ فِي ٱلۡمَنَامِ أَنِّيٓ أَذۡبَحُكَ فَٱنظُرۡ مَاذَا تَرَىٰۚ قَالَ يَٰٓأَبَتِ ٱفۡعَلۡ مَا تُؤۡمَرُۖ سَتَجِدُنِيٓ إِن شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰبِرِينَ

Then, when (the son) reached (the age of) (serious) work with him, he said: "O my son! I see in vision that I offer thee in sacrifice: Now see what is thy view!" (The son) said: "O my father! Do as thou art commanded: thou will find me, if Allah so wills one practising Patience and Constancy

37:103 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
فَلَمَّآ أَسۡلَمَا وَتَلَّهُۥ لِلۡجَبِينِ

So when they had both submitted their wills (to Allah), and he had laid him prostrate on his forehead (for sacrifice)
