17:82 الإِسۡرَاءِ Al-Israa
وَنُنَزِّلُ مِنَ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانِ مَا هُوَ شِفَآءࣱ وَرَحۡمَةࣱ لِّلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ وَلَا يَزِيدُ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ إِلَّا خَسَارࣰ ا

We send down (stage by stage) in the Qur'an that which is a healing and a mercy to those who believe: to the unjust it causes nothing but loss after loss

17:95 الإِسۡرَاءِ Al-Israa
قُل لَّوۡ كَانَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مَلَٰٓئِكَةࣱ يَمۡشُونَ مُطۡمَئِنِّينَ لَنَزَّلۡنَا عَلَيۡهِم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ مَلَكࣰ ا رَّسُولࣰ ا

Say, "If there were settled, on earth, angels walking about in peace and quiet, We should certainly have sent them down from the heavens an angel for a messenger

18:2 الْكَهْفِ Al-Kahf
قَيِّمࣰ ا لِّيُنذِرَ بَأۡسࣰ ا شَدِيدࣰ ا مِّن لَّدُنۡهُ وَيُبَشِّرَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَعۡمَلُونَ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ أَنَّ لَهُمۡ أَجۡرًا حَسَنࣰ ا

(He hath made it) Straight (and Clear) in order that He may warn (the godless) of a terrible Punishment from Him, and that He may give Glad Tidings to the Believers who work righteous deeds, that they shall have a goodly Reward

18:80 الْكَهْفِ Al-Kahf
وَأَمَّا ٱلۡغُلَٰمُ فَكَانَ أَبَوَاهُ مُؤۡمِنَيۡنِ فَخَشِينَآ أَن يُرۡهِقَهُمَا طُغۡيَٰنࣰ ا وَكُفۡرࣰ ا

As for the youth, his parents were people of Faith, and we feared that he would grieve them by obstinate rebellion and ingratitude (to Allah and man)

19:39 مَرْيَمَ Maryam
وَأَنذِرۡهُمۡ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡحَسۡرَةِ إِذۡ قُضِيَ ٱلۡأَمۡرُ وَهُمۡ فِي غَفۡلَةࣲ وَهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ

But warn them of the Day of Distress, when the matter will be determined: for (behold,) they are negligent and they do not believe

And indeed We conferred a favour on thee another time (before)

21:6 الْاَنْۣبِيَآءِ Al-Anbiyaa
مَآ ءَامَنَتۡ قَبۡلَهُم مِّن قَرۡيَةٍ أَهۡلَكۡنَٰهَآۖ أَفَهُمۡ يُؤۡمِنُونَ

(As to those) before them, not one of the populations which We destroyed believed: will these believe

21:30 الْاَنْۣبِيَآءِ Al-Anbiyaa
أَوَلَمۡ يَرَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ كَانَتَا رَتۡقࣰ ا فَفَتَقۡنَٰهُمَاۖ وَجَعَلۡنَا مِنَ ٱلۡمَآءِ كُلَّ شَيۡءٍ حَيٍّۚ أَفَلَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ

Do not the Unbelievers see that the heavens and the earth were joined together (as one unit of creation), before we clove them asunder? We made from water every living thing. Will they not then believe

21:88 الْاَنْۣبِيَآءِ Al-Anbiyaa
فَٱسۡتَجَبۡنَا لَهُۥ وَنَجَّيۡنَٰهُ مِنَ ٱلۡغَمِّۚ وَكَذَٰلِكَ نُـۨجِي ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

So We listened to him: and delivered him from distress: and thus do We deliver those who have faith

قَدۡ أَفۡلَحَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ

23:38 الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَ Al-Muminoon
إِنۡ هُوَ إِلَّا رَجُلٌ ٱفۡتَرَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ كَذِبࣰ ا وَمَا نَحۡنُ لَهُۥ بِمُؤۡمِنِينَ

He is only a man who invents a lie against Allah, but we are not the ones to believe in him

23:44 الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَ Al-Muminoon
ثُمَّ أَرۡسَلۡنَا رُسُلَنَا تَتۡرَاۖ كُلَّ مَا جَآءَ أُمَّةࣰ رَّسُولُهَا كَذَّبُوهُۖ فَأَتۡبَعۡنَا بَعۡضَهُم بَعۡضࣰ ا وَجَعَلۡنَٰهُمۡ أَحَادِيثَۚ فَبُعۡدࣰ ا لِّقَوۡمࣲ لَّا يُؤۡمِنُونَ

Then sent We our messengers in succession: every time there came to a people their messenger, they accused him of falsehood: so We made them follow each other (in punishment): We made them as a tale (that is told): So away with a people that will not believe

23:58 الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَ Al-Muminoon
وَٱلَّذِينَ هُم بِـَٔايَٰتِ رَبِّهِمۡ يُؤۡمِنُونَ

Those who believe in the Signs of their Lord

23:74 الْمُؤْمِنُوْنَ Al-Muminoon
وَإِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ عَنِ ٱلصِّرَٰطِ لَنَٰكِبُونَ

And verily those who believe not in the Hereafter are deviating from that Way

24:2 النُّوْرِ An-Noor
ٱلزَّانِيَةُ وَٱلزَّانِي فَٱجۡلِدُواْ كُلَّ وَٰحِدࣲ مِّنۡهُمَا مِاْئَةَ جَلۡدَةࣲۖ وَلَا تَأۡخُذۡكُم بِهِمَا رَأۡفَةࣱ فِي دِينِ ٱللَّهِ إِن كُنتُمۡ تُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِۖ وَلۡيَشۡهَدۡ عَذَابَهُمَا طَآئِفَةࣱ مِّنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

The woman and the man guilty of adultery or fornication,- flog each of them with a hundred stripes: Let not compassion move you in their case, in a matter prescribed by Allah, if ye believe in Allah and the Last Day: and let a party of the Believers witness their punishment

24:3 النُّوْرِ An-Noor
ٱلزَّانِي لَا يَنكِحُ إِلَّا زَانِيَةً أَوۡ مُشۡرِكَةࣰ وَٱلزَّانِيَةُ لَا يَنكِحُهَآ إِلَّا زَانٍ أَوۡ مُشۡرِكࣱۚ وَحُرِّمَ ذَٰلِكَ عَلَى ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

Let no man guilty of adultery or fornication marry and but a woman similarly guilty, or an Unbeliever: nor let any but such a man or an Unbeliever marry such a woman: to the Believers such a thing is forbidden

24:4 النُّوْرِ An-Noor
وَٱلَّذِينَ يَرۡمُونَ ٱلۡمُحۡصَنَٰتِ ثُمَّ لَمۡ يَأۡتُواْ بِأَرۡبَعَةِ شُهَدَآءَ فَٱجۡلِدُوهُمۡ ثَمَٰنِينَ جَلۡدَةࣰ وَلَا تَقۡبَلُواْ لَهُمۡ شَهَٰدَةً أَبَدࣰ اۚ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡفَٰسِقُونَ

And those who launch a charge against chaste women, and produce not four witnesses (to support their allegations),- flog them with eighty stripes; and reject their evidence ever after: for such men are wicked transgressors

24:12 النُّوْرِ An-Noor
لَّوۡلَآ إِذۡ سَمِعۡتُمُوهُ ظَنَّ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتُ بِأَنفُسِهِمۡ خَيۡرࣰ ا وَقَالُواْ هَٰذَآ إِفۡكࣱ مُّبِينࣱ‏

Why did not the believers - men and women - when ye heard of the affair,- put the best construction on it in their own minds and say, "This (charge) is an obvious lie

24:17 النُّوْرِ An-Noor
يَعِظُكُمُ ٱللَّهُ أَن تَعُودُواْ لِمِثۡلِهِۦٓ أَبَدًا إِن كُنتُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ

Allah doth admonish you, that ye may never repeat such (conduct), if ye are (true) Believers

24:30 النُّوْرِ An-Noor
قُل لِّلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ يَغُضُّواْ مِنۡ أَبۡصَٰرِهِمۡ وَيَحۡفَظُواْ فُرُوجَهُمۡۚ ذَٰلِكَ أَزۡكَىٰ لَهُمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ خَبِيرُۢ بِمَا يَصۡنَعُونَ

Say to the believing men that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty: that will make for greater purity for them: And Allah is well acquainted with all that they do

24:31 النُّوْرِ An-Noor
وَقُل لِّلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ يَغۡضُضۡنَ مِنۡ أَبۡصَٰرِهِنَّ وَيَحۡفَظۡنَ فُرُوجَهُنَّ وَلَا يُبۡدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنۡهَاۖ وَلۡيَضۡرِبۡنَ بِخُمُرِهِنَّ عَلَىٰ جُيُوبِهِنَّۖ وَلَا يُبۡدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا لِبُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوۡ ءَابَآئِهِنَّ أَوۡ ءَابَآءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوۡ أَبۡنَآئِهِنَّ أَوۡ أَبۡنَآءِ بُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوۡ إِخۡوَٰنِهِنَّ أَوۡ بَنِيٓ إِخۡوَٰنِهِنَّ أَوۡ بَنِيٓ أَخَوَٰتِهِنَّ أَوۡ نِسَآئِهِنَّ أَوۡ مَا مَلَكَتۡ أَيۡمَٰنُهُنَّ أَوِ ٱلتَّٰبِعِينَ غَيۡرِ أُوْلِي ٱلۡإِرۡبَةِ مِنَ ٱلرِّجَالِ أَوِ ٱلطِّفۡلِ ٱلَّذِينَ لَمۡ يَظۡهَرُواْ عَلَىٰ عَوۡرَٰتِ ٱلنِّسَآءِۖ وَلَا يَضۡرِبۡنَ بِأَرۡجُلِهِنَّ لِيُعۡلَمَ مَا يُخۡفِينَ مِن زِينَتِهِنَّۚ وَتُوبُوٓاْ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ جَمِيعًا أَيُّهَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُفۡلِحُونَ

And say to the believing women that they should lower their gaze and guard their modesty; that they should not display their beauty and ornaments except what (must ordinarily) appear thereof; that they should draw their veils over their bosoms and not display their beauty except to their husbands, their fathers, their husband's fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers or their brothers' sons, or their sisters' sons, or their women, or the slaves whom their right hands possess, or male servants free of physical needs, or small children who have no sense of the shame of sex; and that they should not strike their feet in order to draw attention to their hidden ornaments. And O ye Believers! turn ye all together towards Allah, that ye may attain Bliss

24:47 النُّوْرِ An-Noor
وَيَقُولُونَ ءَامَنَّا بِٱللَّهِ وَبِٱلرَّسُولِ وَأَطَعۡنَا ثُمَّ يَتَوَلَّىٰ فَرِيقࣱ مِّنۡهُم مِّنۢ بَعۡدِ ذَٰلِكَۚ وَمَآ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ بِٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

They say, "We believe in Allah and in the messenger, and we obey": but even after that, some of them turn away: they are not (really) Believers

24:51 النُّوْرِ An-Noor
إِنَّمَا كَانَ قَوۡلَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ إِذَا دُعُوٓاْ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ لِيَحۡكُمَ بَيۡنَهُمۡ أَن يَقُولُواْ سَمِعۡنَا وَأَطَعۡنَاۚ وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلۡمُفۡلِحُونَ

The answer of the Believers, when summoned to Allah and His Messenger, in order that He may judge between them, is no other than this: they say, "We hear and we obey": it is such as these that will attain felicity

24:62 النُّوْرِ An-Noor
إِنَّمَا ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنُونَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَإِذَا كَانُواْ مَعَهُۥ عَلَىٰٓ أَمۡرࣲ جَامِعࣲ لَّمۡ يَذۡهَبُواْ حَتَّىٰ يَسۡتَـٔۡذِنُوهُۚ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَسۡتَـٔۡذِنُونَكَ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦۚ فَإِذَا ٱسۡتَـٔۡذَنُوكَ لِبَعۡضِ شَأۡنِهِمۡ فَأۡذَن لِّمَن شِئۡتَ مِنۡهُمۡ وَٱسۡتَغۡفِرۡ لَهُمُ ٱللَّهَۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورࣱ رَّحِيمࣱ‏

Only those are believers, who believe in Allah and His Messenger: when they are with him on a matter requiring collective action, they do not depart until they have asked for his leave; those who ask for thy leave are those who believe in Allah and His Messenger; so when they ask for thy leave, for some business of theirs, give leave to those of them whom thou wilt, and ask Allah for their forgiveness: for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful

26:3 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
لَعَلَّكَ بَٰخِعࣱ نَّفۡسَكَ أَلَّا يَكُونُواْ مُؤۡمِنِينَ

It may be thou frettest thy soul with grief, that they do not become Believers

26:8 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةࣰۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ

Verily, in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe

26:51 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
إِنَّا نَطۡمَعُ أَن يَغۡفِرَ لَنَا رَبُّنَا خَطَٰيَٰنَآ أَن كُنَّآ أَوَّلَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

Only, our desire is that our Lord will forgive us our faults, that we may become foremost among the believers

26:67 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةࣰۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ

Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe

26:102 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
فَلَوۡ أَنَّ لَنَا كَرَّةࣰ فَنَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

Now if we only had a chance of return we shall truly be of those who believe

26:103 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةࣰۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ

Verily in this is a Sign but most of them do not believe

26:114 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
وَمَآ أَنَا۠ بِطَارِدِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

I am not one to drive away those who believe

26:118 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
فَٱفۡتَحۡ بَيۡنِي وَبَيۡنَهُمۡ فَتۡحࣰ ا وَنَجِّنِي وَمَن مَّعِيَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

Judge Thou, then, between me and them openly, and deliver me and those of the Believers who are with me

26:121 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةࣰۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ

Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe

26:139 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَهۡلَكۡنَٰهُمۡۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةࣰۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ

So they rejected him, and We destroyed them. Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe

26:146 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
أَتُتۡرَكُونَ فِي مَا هَٰهُنَآ ءَامِنِينَ

Will ye be left secure, in (the enjoyment of) all that ye have here

26:158 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
فَأَخَذَهُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةࣰۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ

But the Penalty seized them. Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe

26:174 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةࣰۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ

Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe

26:190 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةࣰۖ وَمَا كَانَ أَكۡثَرُهُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ

Verily in that is a Sign: but most of them do not believe

26:199 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
فَقَرَأَهُۥ عَلَيۡهِم مَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ مُؤۡمِنِينَ

And had he recited it to them, they would not have believed in it

26:201 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِهِۦ حَتَّىٰ يَرَوُاْ ٱلۡعَذَابَ ٱلۡأَلِيمَ

They will not believe in it until they see the grievous Penalty

26:215 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
وَٱخۡفِضۡ جَنَاحَكَ لِمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَكَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

And lower thy wing to the Believers who follow thee

27:2 النَّمْلِ An-Naml
هُدࣰ ى وَبُشۡرَىٰ لِلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

A guide: and glad tidings for the believers

27:4 النَّمْلِ An-Naml
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ زَيَّنَّا لَهُمۡ أَعۡمَٰلَهُمۡ فَهُمۡ يَعۡمَهُونَ

As to those who believe not in the Hereafter, We have made their deeds pleasing in their eyes; and so they wander about in distraction

27:15 النَّمْلِ An-Naml
وَلَقَدۡ ءَاتَيۡنَا دَاوُۥدَ وَسُلَيۡمَٰنَ عِلۡمࣰ اۖ وَقَالَا ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِي فَضَّلَنَا عَلَىٰ كَثِيرࣲ مِّنۡ عِبَادِهِ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

We gave (in the past) knowledge to David and Solomon: And they both said: "Praise be to Allah, Who has favoured us above many of his servants who believe

27:77 النَّمْلِ An-Naml
وَإِنَّهُۥ لَهُدࣰ ى وَرَحۡمَةࣱ لِّلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

And it certainly is a Guide and a Mercy to those who believe

27:86 النَّمْلِ An-Naml
أَلَمۡ يَرَوۡاْ أَنَّا جَعَلۡنَا ٱلَّيۡلَ لِيَسۡكُنُواْ فِيهِ وَٱلنَّهَارَ مُبۡصِرًاۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَٰتࣲ لِّقَوۡمࣲ يُؤۡمِنُونَ

See they not that We have made the Night for them to rest in and the Day to give them light? Verily in this are Signs for any people that believe

27:89 النَّمْلِ An-Naml
مَن جَآءَ بِٱلۡحَسَنَةِ فَلَهُۥ خَيۡرࣱ مِّنۡهَا وَهُم مِّن فَزَعࣲ يَوۡمَئِذٍ ءَامِنُونَ

If any do good, good will (accrue) to them therefrom; and they will be secure from terror that Day

28:3 الْقَصَصِ Al-Qasas
نَتۡلُواْ عَلَيۡكَ مِن نَّبَإِ مُوسَىٰ وَفِرۡعَوۡنَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ لِقَوۡمࣲ يُؤۡمِنُونَ

We rehearse to thee some of the story of Moses and Pharaoh in Truth, for people who believe

28:10 الْقَصَصِ Al-Qasas
وَأَصۡبَحَ فُؤَادُ أُمِّ مُوسَىٰ فَٰرِغًاۖ إِن كَادَتۡ لَتُبۡدِي بِهِۦ لَوۡلَآ أَن رَّبَطۡنَا عَلَىٰ قَلۡبِهَا لِتَكُونَ مِنَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

But there came to be a void in the heart of the mother of Moses: She was going almost to disclose his (case), had We not strengthened her heart (with faith), so that she might remain a (firm) believer

28:31 الْقَصَصِ Al-Qasas
وَأَنۡ أَلۡقِ عَصَاكَۚ فَلَمَّا رَءَاهَا تَهۡتَزُّ كَأَنَّهَا جَآنࣱّ وَلَّىٰ مُدۡبِرࣰ ا وَلَمۡ يُعَقِّبۡۚ يَٰمُوسَىٰٓ أَقۡبِلۡ وَلَا تَخَفۡۖ إِنَّكَ مِنَ ٱلۡأٓمِنِينَ

Now do thou throw thy rod!" but when he saw it moving (of its own accord) as if it had been a snake, he turned back in retreat, and retraced not his steps: O Moses!" (It was said), "Draw near, and fear not: for thou art of those who are secure
