25:32 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
وَقَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ لَوۡلَا نُزِّلَ عَلَيۡهِ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانُ جُمۡلَةࣰ وَٰحِدَةࣰۚ كَذَٰلِكَ لِنُثَبِّتَ بِهِۦ فُؤَادَكَۖ وَرَتَّلۡنَٰهُ تَرۡتِيلࣰ ا

Those who reject Faith say: "Why is not the Qur'an revealed to him all at once? Thus (is it revealed), that We may strengthen thy heart thereby, and We have rehearsed it to thee in slow, well-arranged stages, gradually

25:34 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
ٱلَّذِينَ يُحۡشَرُونَ عَلَىٰ وُجُوهِهِمۡ إِلَىٰ جَهَنَّمَ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ شَرࣱّ مَّكَانࣰ ا وَأَضَلُّ سَبِيلࣰ ا

Those who will be gathered to Hell (prone) on their faces,- they will be in an evil plight, and, as to Path, most astray

25:35 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
وَلَقَدۡ ءَاتَيۡنَا مُوسَى ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ وَجَعَلۡنَا مَعَهُۥٓ أَخَاهُ هَٰرُونَ وَزِيرࣰ ا

(Before this,) We sent Moses The Book, and appointed his brother Aaron with him as minister

25:37 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
وَقَوۡمَ نُوحࣲ لَّمَّا كَذَّبُواْ ٱلرُّسُلَ أَغۡرَقۡنَٰهُمۡ وَجَعَلۡنَٰهُمۡ لِلنَّاسِ ءَايَةࣰۖ وَأَعۡتَدۡنَا لِلظَّٰلِمِينَ عَذَابًا أَلِيمࣰ ا

And the people of Noah,- when they rejected the messengers, We drowned them, and We made them as a Sign for mankind; and We have prepared for (all) wrong-doers a grievous Penalty

25:40 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
وَلَقَدۡ أَتَوۡاْ عَلَى ٱلۡقَرۡيَةِ ٱلَّتِيٓ أُمۡطِرَتۡ مَطَرَ ٱلسَّوۡءِۚ أَفَلَمۡ يَكُونُواْ يَرَوۡنَهَاۚ بَلۡ كَانُواْ لَا يَرۡجُونَ نُشُورࣰ ا

And the (Unbelievers) must indeed have passed by the town on which was rained a shower of evil: did they not then see it (with their own eyes)? But they fear not the Resurrection

25:42 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
إِن كَادَ لَيُضِلُّنَا عَنۡ ءَالِهَتِنَا لَوۡلَآ أَن صَبَرۡنَا عَلَيۡهَاۚ وَسَوۡفَ يَعۡلَمُونَ حِينَ يَرَوۡنَ ٱلۡعَذَابَ مَنۡ أَضَلُّ سَبِيلًا

He indeed would well-nigh have misled us from our gods, had it not been that we were constant to them!" - Soon will they know, when they see the Penalty, who it is that is most misled in Path

25:43 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
أَرَءَيۡتَ مَنِ ٱتَّخَذَ إِلَٰهَهُۥ هَوَىٰهُ أَفَأَنتَ تَكُونُ عَلَيۡهِ وَكِيلًا

Seest thou such a one as taketh for his god his own passion (or impulse)? Couldst thou be a disposer of affairs for him

25:45 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
أَلَمۡ تَرَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ كَيۡفَ مَدَّ ٱلظِّلَّ وَلَوۡ شَآءَ لَجَعَلَهُۥ سَاكِنࣰ ا ثُمَّ جَعَلۡنَا ٱلشَّمۡسَ عَلَيۡهِ دَلِيلࣰ ا

Hast thou not turned thy vision to thy Lord?- How He doth prolong the shadow! If He willed, He could make it stationary! then do We make the sun its guide

25:47 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلَّيۡلَ لِبَاسࣰ ا وَٱلنَّوۡمَ سُبَاتࣰ ا وَجَعَلَ ٱلنَّهَارَ نُشُورࣰ ا

And He it is Who makes the Night as a Robe for you, and Sleep as Repose, and makes the Day (as it were) a Resurrection

25:53 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
۞وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي مَرَجَ ٱلۡبَحۡرَيۡنِ هَٰذَا عَذۡبࣱ فُرَاتࣱ وَهَٰذَا مِلۡحٌ أُجَاجࣱ وَجَعَلَ بَيۡنَهُمَا بَرۡزَخࣰ ا وَحِجۡرࣰ ا مَّحۡجُورࣰ ا

It is He Who has let free the two bodies of flowing water: One palatable and sweet, and the other salt and bitter; yet has He made a barrier between them, a partition that is forbidden to be passed

25:54 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ مِنَ ٱلۡمَآءِ بَشَرࣰ ا فَجَعَلَهُۥ نَسَبࣰ ا وَصِهۡرࣰ اۗ وَكَانَ رَبُّكَ قَدِيرࣰ ا

It is He Who has created man from water: then has He established relationships of lineage and marriage: for thy Lord has power (over all things)

25:55 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
وَيَعۡبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مَا لَا يَنفَعُهُمۡ وَلَا يَضُرُّهُمۡۗ وَكَانَ ٱلۡكَافِرُ عَلَىٰ رَبِّهِۦ ظَهِيرࣰ ا

Yet do they worship, besides Allah, things that can neither profit them nor harm them: and the Misbeliever is a helper (of Evil), against his own Lord

25:57 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
قُلۡ مَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍ إِلَّا مَن شَآءَ أَن يَتَّخِذَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِۦ سَبِيلࣰ ا

Say: "No reward do I ask of you for it but this: that each one who will may take a (straight) Path to his Lord

25:58 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
وَتَوَكَّلۡ عَلَى ٱلۡحَيِّ ٱلَّذِي لَا يَمُوتُ وَسَبِّحۡ بِحَمۡدِهِۦۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِهِۦ بِذُنُوبِ عِبَادِهِۦ خَبِيرًا

And put thy trust in Him Who lives and dies not; and celebrate his praise; and enough is He to be acquainted with the faults of His servants

25:59 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
ٱلَّذِي خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَا فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامࣲ ثُمَّ ٱسۡتَوَىٰ عَلَى ٱلۡعَرۡشِۖ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ فَسۡـَٔلۡ بِهِۦ خَبِيرࣰ ا

He Who created the heavens and the earth and all that is between, in six days, and is firmly established on the Throne (of Authority): Allah Most Gracious: ask thou, then, about Him of any acquainted (with such things)

25:61 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
تَبَارَكَ ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَ فِي ٱلسَّمَآءِ بُرُوجࣰ ا وَجَعَلَ فِيهَا سِرَٰجࣰ ا وَقَمَرࣰ ا مُّنِيرࣰ ا

Blessed is He Who made constellations in the skies, and placed therein a Lamp and a Moon giving light

25:62 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَ ٱلَّيۡلَ وَٱلنَّهَارَ خِلۡفَةࣰ لِّمَنۡ أَرَادَ أَن يَذَّكَّرَ أَوۡ أَرَادَ شُكُورࣰ ا

And it is He Who made the Night and the Day to follow each other: for such as have the will to celebrate His praises or to show their gratitude

25:63 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
وَعِبَادُ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ ٱلَّذِينَ يَمۡشُونَ عَلَى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ هَوۡنࣰ ا وَإِذَا خَاطَبَهُمُ ٱلۡجَٰهِلُونَ قَالُواْ سَلَٰمࣰ ا

And the servants of (Allah) Most Gracious are those who walk on the earth in humility, and when the ignorant address them, they say, "Peace

25:68 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
وَٱلَّذِينَ لَا يَدۡعُونَ مَعَ ٱللَّهِ إِلَٰهًا ءَاخَرَ وَلَا يَقۡتُلُونَ ٱلنَّفۡسَ ٱلَّتِي حَرَّمَ ٱللَّهُ إِلَّا بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَلَا يَزۡنُونَۚ وَمَن يَفۡعَلۡ ذَٰلِكَ يَلۡقَ أَثَامࣰ ا

Those who invoke not, with Allah, any other god, nor slay such life as Allah has made sacred except for just cause, nor commit fornication; - and any that does this (not only) meets punishment

25:73 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
وَٱلَّذِينَ إِذَا ذُكِّرُواْ بِـَٔايَٰتِ رَبِّهِمۡ لَمۡ يَخِرُّواْ عَلَيۡهَا صُمࣰّ ا وَعُمۡيَانࣰ ا

Those who, when they are admonished with the Signs of their Lord, droop not down at them as if they were deaf or blind

25:74 الْفُرْقَانِ Al-Furqaan
وَٱلَّذِينَ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا هَبۡ لَنَا مِنۡ أَزۡوَٰجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّٰتِنَا قُرَّةَ أَعۡيُنࣲ وَٱجۡعَلۡنَا لِلۡمُتَّقِينَ إِمَامًا

And those who pray, "Our Lord! Grant unto us wives and offspring who will be the comfort of our eyes, and give us (the grace) to lead the righteous

26:3 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
لَعَلَّكَ بَٰخِعࣱ نَّفۡسَكَ أَلَّا يَكُونُواْ مُؤۡمِنِينَ

It may be thou frettest thy soul with grief, that they do not become Believers

26:4 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
إِن نَّشَأۡ نُنَزِّلۡ عَلَيۡهِم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ ءَايَةࣰ فَظَلَّتۡ أَعۡنَٰقُهُمۡ لَهَا خَٰضِعِينَ

If (such) were Our Will, We could send down to them from the sky a Sign, to which they would bend their necks in humility

26:14 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
وَلَهُمۡ عَلَيَّ ذَنۢبࣱ فَأَخَافُ أَن يَقۡتُلُونِ

And (further), they have a charge of crime against me; and I fear they may slay me

26:16 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
فَأۡتِيَا فِرۡعَوۡنَ فَقُولَآ إِنَّا رَسُولُ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

So go forth, both of you, to Pharaoh, and say: 'We have been sent by the Lord and Cherisher of the worlds

26:19 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
وَفَعَلۡتَ فَعۡلَتَكَ ٱلَّتِي فَعَلۡتَ وَأَنتَ مِنَ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ

And thou didst a deed of thine which (thou knowest) thou didst, and thou art an ungrateful (wretch)

26:20 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
قَالَ فَعَلۡتُهَآ إِذࣰ ا وَأَنَا۠ مِنَ ٱلضَّآلِّينَ

Moses said: "I did it then, when I was in error

26:21 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
فَفَرَرۡتُ مِنكُمۡ لَمَّا خِفۡتُكُمۡ فَوَهَبَ لِي رَبِّي حُكۡمࣰ ا وَجَعَلَنِي مِنَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ

So I fled from you (all) when I feared you; but my Lord has (since) invested me with judgment (and wisdom) and appointed me as one of the messengers

26:22 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
وَتِلۡكَ نِعۡمَةࣱ تَمُنُّهَا عَلَيَّ أَنۡ عَبَّدتَّ بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ

And this is the favour with which thou dost reproach me,- that thou hast enslaved the Children of Israel

26:23 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
قَالَ فِرۡعَوۡنُ وَمَا رَبُّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

Pharaoh said: "And what is the 'Lord and Cherisher of the worlds

26:29 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
قَالَ لَئِنِ ٱتَّخَذۡتَ إِلَٰهًا غَيۡرِي لَأَجۡعَلَنَّكَ مِنَ ٱلۡمَسۡجُونِينَ

(Pharaoh) said: "If thou dost put forward any god other than me, I will certainly put thee in prison

26:34 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
قَالَ لِلۡمَلَإِ حَوۡلَهُۥٓ إِنَّ هَٰذَا لَسَٰحِرٌ عَلِيمࣱ‏

(Pharaoh) said to the Chiefs around him: "This is indeed a sorcerer well-versed

26:37 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
يَأۡتُوكَ بِكُلِّ سَحَّارٍ عَلِيمࣲ‏

And bring up to thee all (our) sorcerers well-versed

26:38 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
فَجُمِعَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ لِمِيقَٰتِ يَوۡمࣲ مَّعۡلُومࣲ‏

So the sorcerers were got together for the appointment of a day well-known

26:40 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
لَعَلَّنَا نَتَّبِعُ ٱلسَّحَرَةَ إِن كَانُواْ هُمُ ٱلۡغَٰلِبِينَ

That we may follow the sorcerers (in religion) if they win

26:47 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
قَالُوٓاْ ءَامَنَّا بِرَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

Saying: "We believe in the Lord of the Worlds

26:49 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
قَالَ ءَامَنتُمۡ لَهُۥ قَبۡلَ أَنۡ ءَاذَنَ لَكُمۡۖ إِنَّهُۥ لَكَبِيرُكُمُ ٱلَّذِي عَلَّمَكُمُ ٱلسِّحۡرَ فَلَسَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَۚ لَأُقَطِّعَنَّ أَيۡدِيَكُمۡ وَأَرۡجُلَكُم مِّنۡ خِلَٰفࣲ وَلَأُصَلِّبَنَّكُمۡ أَجۡمَعِينَ

Said (Pharaoh): "Believe ye in Him before I give you permission? surely he is your leader, who has taught you sorcery! but soon shall ye know! Be sure I will cut off your hands and your feet on opposite sides, and I will cause you all to die on the cross

26:69 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
وَٱتۡلُ عَلَيۡهِمۡ نَبَأَ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ

And rehearse to them (something of) Abraham's story

26:74 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
قَالُواْ بَلۡ وَجَدۡنَآ ءَابَآءَنَا كَذَٰلِكَ يَفۡعَلُونَ

They said: "Nay, but we found our fathers doing thus (what we do)

26:77 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
فَإِنَّهُمۡ عَدُوࣱّ لِّيٓ إِلَّا رَبَّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

For they are enemies to me; not so the Lord and Cherisher of the Worlds

26:84 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
وَٱجۡعَل لِّي لِسَانَ صِدۡقࣲ فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ

Grant me honourable mention on the tongue of truth among the latest (generations)

26:85 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
وَٱجۡعَلۡنِي مِن وَرَثَةِ جَنَّةِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ

Make me one of the inheritors of the Garden of Bliss

26:98 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
إِذۡ نُسَوِّيكُم بِرَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

When we held you as equals with the Lord of the Worlds

26:109 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

No reward do I ask of you for it: my reward is only from the Lord of the Worlds

26:112 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
قَالَ وَمَا عِلۡمِي بِمَا كَانُواْ يَعۡمَلُونَ

He said: "And what do I know as to what they do

26:113 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
إِنۡ حِسَابُهُمۡ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّيۖ لَوۡ تَشۡعُرُونَ

Their account is only with my Lord, if ye could (but) understand

26:127 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
وَمَآ أَسۡـَٔلُكُمۡ عَلَيۡهِ مِنۡ أَجۡرٍۖ إِنۡ أَجۡرِيَ إِلَّا عَلَىٰ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ

No reward do I ask of you for it: my reward is only from the Lord of the Worlds

26:129 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
وَتَتَّخِذُونَ مَصَانِعَ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَخۡلُدُونَ

And do ye get for yourselves fine buildings in the hope of living therein (for ever)

26:132 الشُّعَرَآءِ Ash-Shu'araa
وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱلَّذِيٓ أَمَدَّكُم بِمَا تَعۡلَمُونَ

Yea, fear Him Who has bestowed on you freely all that ye know

إِنِّيٓ أَخَافُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ عَذَابَ يَوۡمٍ عَظِيمࣲ‏

Truly I fear for you the Penalty of a Great Day
