عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيۡرࣰ ا مِّنۡهُمۡ وَمَا نَحۡنُ بِمَسۡبُوقِينَ
Substitute for them better (men) than they; And We are not to be defeated (in Our Plan)
