36:77 يٰسٓ Yaseen
أَوَلَمۡ يَرَ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ أَنَّا خَلَقۡنَٰهُ مِن نُّطۡفَةࣲ فَإِذَا هُوَ خَصِيمࣱ مُّبِينࣱ‏

Doth not man see that it is We Who created him from sperm? yet behold! he (stands forth) as an open adversary

36:78 يٰسٓ Yaseen
وَضَرَبَ لَنَا مَثَلࣰ ا وَنَسِيَ خَلۡقَهُۥۖ قَالَ مَن يُحۡيِ ٱلۡعِظَٰمَ وَهِيَ رَمِيمࣱ‏

And he makes comparisons for Us, and forgets his own (origin and) Creation: He says, "Who can give life to (dry) bones and decomposed ones (at that)

37:17 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
أَوَءَابَآؤُنَا ٱلۡأَوَّلُونَ

And also our fathers of old

37:20 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَقَالُواْ يَٰوَيۡلَنَا هَٰذَا يَوۡمُ ٱلدِّينِ

They will say, "Ah! Woe to us! This is the Day of Judgment

37:24 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَقِفُوهُمۡۖ إِنَّهُم مَّسۡـُٔولُونَ

But stop them, for they must be asked

وَأَقۡبَلَ بَعۡضُهُمۡ عَلَىٰ بَعۡضࣲ يَتَسَآءَلُونَ

And they will turn to one another, and question one another

37:30 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَمَا كَانَ لَنَا عَلَيۡكُم مِّن سُلۡطَٰنِۭۖ بَلۡ كُنتُمۡ قَوۡمࣰ ا طَٰغِينَ

Nor had we any authority over you. Nay, it was ye who were a people in obstinate rebellion

37:31 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
فَحَقَّ عَلَيۡنَا قَوۡلُ رَبِّنَآۖ إِنَّا لَذَآئِقُونَ

So now has been proved true, against us, the word of our Lord that we shall indeed (have to) taste (the punishment of our sins)

37:36 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَيَقُولُونَ أَئِنَّا لَتَارِكُوٓاْ ءَالِهَتِنَا لِشَاعِرࣲ مَّجۡنُونِۭ

And say: "What! shall we give up our gods for the sake of a Poet possessed

37:37 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
بَلۡ جَآءَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَصَدَّقَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ

Nay! he has come with the (very) Truth, and he confirms (the Message of) the messengers (before him)

37:39 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَمَا تُجۡزَوۡنَ إِلَّا مَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ

But it will be no more than the retribution of (the Evil) that ye have wrought

فِي جَنَّٰتِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ

عَلَىٰ سُرُرࣲ مُّتَقَٰبِلِينَ

Facing each other on Thrones (of Dignity)

37:50 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
فَأَقۡبَلَ بَعۡضُهُمۡ عَلَىٰ بَعۡضࣲ يَتَسَآءَلُونَ

Then they will turn to one another and question one another

37:61 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
لِمِثۡلِ هَٰذَا فَلۡيَعۡمَلِ ٱلۡعَٰمِلُونَ

For the like of this let all strive, who wish to strive

37:63 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
إِنَّا جَعَلۡنَٰهَا فِتۡنَةࣰ لِّلظَّٰلِمِينَ

For We have truly made it (as) a trial for the wrong-doers

37:66 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
فَإِنَّهُمۡ لَأٓكِلُونَ مِنۡهَا فَمَالِـُٔونَ مِنۡهَا ٱلۡبُطُونَ

Truly they will eat thereof and fill their bellies therewith

37:69 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
إِنَّهُمۡ أَلۡفَوۡاْ ءَابَآءَهُمۡ ضَآلِّينَ

Truly they found their fathers on the wrong Path

37:71 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَلَقَدۡ ضَلَّ قَبۡلَهُمۡ أَكۡثَرُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ

And truly before them, many of the ancients went astray

37:72 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا فِيهِم مُّنذِرِينَ

But We sent aforetime, among them, (messengers) to admonish them

وَلَقَدۡ نَادَىٰنَا نُوحࣱ فَلَنِعۡمَ ٱلۡمُجِيبُونَ

(In the days of old), Noah cried to Us, and We are the best to hear prayer

37:77 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَجَعَلۡنَا ذُرِّيَّتَهُۥ هُمُ ٱلۡبَاقِينَ

And made his progeny to endure (on this earth)

فَنَظَرَ نَظۡرَةࣰ فِي ٱلنُّجُومِ

Then did he cast a glance at the Stars

37:91 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
فَرَاغَ إِلَىٰٓ ءَالِهَتِهِمۡ فَقَالَ أَلَا تَأۡكُلُونَ

Then did he turn to their gods and said, "will ye not eat (of the offerings before you)

37:96 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَٱللَّهُ خَلَقَكُمۡ وَمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ

But Allah has created you and your handwork

37:98 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
فَأَرَادُواْ بِهِۦ كَيۡدࣰ ا فَجَعَلۡنَٰهُمُ ٱلۡأَسۡفَلِينَ

(This failing), they then sought a stratagem against him, but We made them the ones most humiliated

37:113 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَبَٰرَكۡنَا عَلَيۡهِ وَعَلَىٰٓ إِسۡحَٰقَۚ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِهِمَا مُحۡسِنࣱ وَظَالِمࣱ لِّنَفۡسِهِۦ مُبِينࣱ‏

We blessed him and Isaac: but of their progeny are (some) that do right, and (some) that obviously do wrong, to their own souls

37:123 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَإِنَّ إِلۡيَاسَ لَمِنَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ

So also was Elias among those sent (by Us)

37:126 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
ٱللَّهَ رَبَّكُمۡ وَرَبَّ ءَابَآئِكُمُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ

Allah, your Lord and Cherisher and the Lord and Cherisher of your fathers of old

37:133 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَإِنَّ لُوطࣰ ا لَّمِنَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ

So also was Lut among those sent (by Us)

37:138 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَبِٱلَّيۡلِۚ أَفَلَا تَعۡقِلُونَ

And by night: will ye not understand

وَإِنَّ يُونُسَ لَمِنَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ

So also was Jonah among those sent (by Us)

وَأَرۡسَلۡنَٰهُ إِلَىٰ مِاْئَةِ أَلۡفٍ أَوۡ يَزِيدُونَ

And We sent him (on a mission) to a hundred thousand (men) or more

37:151 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
أَلَآ إِنَّهُم مِّنۡ إِفۡكِهِمۡ لَيَقُولُونَ

Is it not that they say, from their own invention

37:165 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَإِنَّا لَنَحۡنُ ٱلصَّآفُّونَ

And we are verily ranged in ranks (for service)

37:166 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَإِنَّا لَنَحۡنُ ٱلۡمُسَبِّحُونَ

And we are verily those who declare (Allah's) glory

وَإِن كَانُواْ لَيَقُولُونَ

And there were those who said

37:168 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
لَوۡ أَنَّ عِندَنَا ذِكۡرࣰ ا مِّنَ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ

If only we had had before us a Message from those of old

37:171 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَلَقَدۡ سَبَقَتۡ كَلِمَتُنَا لِعِبَادِنَا ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ

Already has Our Word been passed before (this) to our Servants sent (by Us)

37:176 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
أَفَبِعَذَابِنَا يَسۡتَعۡجِلُونَ

Do they wish (indeed) to hurry on our Punishment

37:181 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَسَلَٰمٌ عَلَى ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ

And Peace on the messengers

38:16 صٓ Saad
وَقَالُواْ رَبَّنَا عَجِّل لَّنَا قِطَّنَا قَبۡلَ يَوۡمِ ٱلۡحِسَابِ

They say: "Our Lord! hasten to us our sentence (even) before the Day of Account

38:17 صٓ Saad
ٱصۡبِرۡ عَلَىٰ مَا يَقُولُونَ وَٱذۡكُرۡ عَبۡدَنَا دَاوُۥدَ ذَا ٱلۡأَيۡدِۖ إِنَّهُۥٓ أَوَّابٌ

Have patience at what they say, and remember our servant David, the man of strength: for he ever turned (to Allah)

38:23 صٓ Saad
إِنَّ هَٰذَآ أَخِي لَهُۥ تِسۡعࣱ وَتِسۡعُونَ نَعۡجَةࣰ وَلِيَ نَعۡجَةࣱ وَٰحِدَةࣱ فَقَالَ أَكۡفِلۡنِيهَا وَعَزَّنِي فِي ٱلۡخِطَابِ

This man is my brother: He has nine and ninety ewes, and I have (but) one: Yet he says, 'commit her to my care,' and is (moreover) harsh to me in speech

38:26 صٓ Saad
يَٰدَاوُۥدُ إِنَّا جَعَلۡنَٰكَ خَلِيفَةࣰ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَٱحۡكُم بَيۡنَ ٱلنَّاسِ بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَلَا تَتَّبِعِ ٱلۡهَوَىٰ فَيُضِلَّكَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِۚ إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يَضِلُّونَ عَن سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ لَهُمۡ عَذَابࣱ شَدِيدُۢ بِمَا نَسُواْ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡحِسَابِ

O David! We did indeed make thee a vicegerent on earth: so judge thou between men in truth (and justice): Nor follow thou the lusts (of thy heart), for they will mislead thee from the Path of Allah: for those who wander astray from the Path of Allah, is a Penalty Grievous, for that they forget the Day of Account

38:27 صٓ Saad
وَمَا خَلَقۡنَا ٱلسَّمَآءَ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَمَا بَيۡنَهُمَا بَٰطِلࣰ اۚ ذَٰلِكَ ظَنُّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْۚ فَوَيۡلࣱ لِّلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ مِنَ ٱلنَّارِ

Not without purpose did We create heaven and earth and all between! that were the thought of Unbelievers! but woe to the Unbelievers because of the Fire (of Hell)

38:29 صٓ Saad
كِتَٰبٌ أَنزَلۡنَٰهُ إِلَيۡكَ مُبَٰرَكࣱ لِّيَدَّبَّرُوٓاْ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ وَلِيَتَذَكَّرَ أُوْلُواْ ٱلۡأَلۡبَٰبِ

(Here is) a Book which We have sent down unto thee, full of blessings, that they may mediate on its Signs, and that men of understanding may receive admonition

38:56 صٓ Saad
جَهَنَّمَ يَصۡلَوۡنَهَا فَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡمِهَادُ

Hell!- they will burn therein, - an evil bed (indeed, to lie on)

38:59 صٓ Saad
هَٰذَا فَوۡجࣱ مُّقۡتَحِمࣱ مَّعَكُمۡ لَا مَرۡحَبَۢا بِهِمۡۚ إِنَّهُمۡ صَالُواْ ٱلنَّارِ

Here is a troop rushing headlong with you! No welcome for them! truly, they shall burn in the Fire

38:60 صٓ Saad
قَالُواْ بَلۡ أَنتُمۡ لَا مَرۡحَبَۢا بِكُمۡۖ أَنتُمۡ قَدَّمۡتُمُوهُ لَنَاۖ فَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡقَرَارُ

(The followers shall cry to the misleaders:) "Nay, ye (too)! No welcome for you! It is ye who have brought this upon us! Now evil is (this) place to stay in
