36:29 يٰسٓ Yaseen
إِن كَانَتۡ إِلَّا صَيۡحَةࣰ وَٰحِدَةࣰ فَإِذَا هُمۡ خَٰمِدُونَ

It was no more than a single mighty Blast, and behold! they were (like ashes) quenched and silent

وَإِن كُلࣱّ لَّمَّا جَمِيعࣱ لَّدَيۡنَا مُحۡضَرُونَ

But each one of them all - will be brought before Us (for judgment)

قَالُواْ يَٰوَيۡلَنَا مَنۢ بَعَثَنَا مِن مَّرۡقَدِنَاۜۗ هَٰذَا مَا وَعَدَ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنُ وَصَدَقَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلُونَ

They will say: "Ah! Woe unto us! Who hath raised us up from our beds of repose?"... (A voice will say:) "This is what (Allah) Most Gracious had promised. And true was the word of the messengers

36:53 يٰسٓ Yaseen
إِن كَانَتۡ إِلَّا صَيۡحَةࣰ وَٰحِدَةࣰ فَإِذَا هُمۡ جَمِيعࣱ لَّدَيۡنَا مُحۡضَرُونَ

It will be no more than a single Blast, when lo! they will all be brought up before Us

36:61 يٰسٓ Yaseen
وَأَنِ ٱعۡبُدُونِيۚ هَٰذَا صِرَٰطࣱ مُّسۡتَقِيمࣱ‏

And that ye should worship Me, (for that) this was the Straight Way

36:63 يٰسٓ Yaseen
هَٰذِهِۦ جَهَنَّمُ ٱلَّتِي كُنتُمۡ تُوعَدُونَ

This is the Hell of which ye were (repeatedly) warned

أَوَلَمۡ يَرَوۡاْ أَنَّا خَلَقۡنَا لَهُم مِّمَّا عَمِلَتۡ أَيۡدِينَآ أَنۡعَٰمࣰ ا فَهُمۡ لَهَا مَٰلِكُونَ

See they not that it is We Who have created for them - among the things which Our hands have fashioned - cattle, which are under their dominion

36:74 يٰسٓ Yaseen
وَٱتَّخَذُواْ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ ءَالِهَةࣰ لَّعَلَّهُمۡ يُنصَرُونَ

Yet they take (for worship) gods other than Allah, (hoping) that they might be helped

36:80 يٰسٓ Yaseen
ٱلَّذِي جَعَلَ لَكُم مِّنَ ٱلشَّجَرِ ٱلۡأَخۡضَرِ نَارࣰ ا فَإِذَآ أَنتُم مِّنۡهُ تُوقِدُونَ

The same Who produces for you fire out of the green tree, when behold! ye kindle therewith (your own fires)

37:6 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
إِنَّا زَيَّنَّا ٱلسَّمَآءَ ٱلدُّنۡيَا بِزِينَةٍ ٱلۡكَوَاكِبِ

We have indeed decked the lower heaven with beauty (in) the stars

37:20 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَقَالُواْ يَٰوَيۡلَنَا هَٰذَا يَوۡمُ ٱلدِّينِ

They will say, "Ah! Woe to us! This is the Day of Judgment

37:22 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
۞ٱحۡشُرُواْ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ وَأَزۡوَٰجَهُمۡ وَمَا كَانُواْ يَعۡبُدُونَ

Bring ye up", it shall be said, "The wrong-doers and their wives, and the things they worshipped

37:23 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ فَٱهۡدُوهُمۡ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطِ ٱلۡجَحِيمِ

Besides Allah, and lead them to the Way to the (Fierce) Fire

37:53 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
أَءِذَا مِتۡنَا وَكُنَّا تُرَابࣰ ا وَعِظَٰمًا أَءِنَّا لَمَدِينُونَ

When we die and become dust and bones, shall we indeed receive rewards and punishments

37:56 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
قَالَ تَٱللَّهِ إِن كِدتَّ لَتُرۡدِينِ

He said: "By Allah! thou wast little short of bringing me to perdition

وَلَقَدۡ نَادَىٰنَا نُوحࣱ فَلَنِعۡمَ ٱلۡمُجِيبُونَ

(In the days of old), Noah cried to Us, and We are the best to hear prayer

إِنَّهُۥ مِنۡ عِبَادِنَا ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

For he was one of our believing Servants

إِذۡ قَالَ لِأَبِيهِ وَقَوۡمِهِۦ مَاذَا تَعۡبُدُونَ

Behold! he said to his father and to his people, "What is that which ye worship

أَئِفۡكًا ءَالِهَةࣰ دُونَ ٱللَّهِ تُرِيدُونَ

Is it a falsehood- gods other than Allah- that ye desire

قَالَ أَتَعۡبُدُونَ مَا تَنۡحِتُونَ

He said: "Worship ye that which ye have (yourselves) carved

وَقَالَ إِنِّي ذَاهِبٌ إِلَىٰ رَبِّي سَيَهۡدِينِ

He said: "I will go to my Lord! He will surely guide me

37:102 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
فَلَمَّا بَلَغَ مَعَهُ ٱلسَّعۡيَ قَالَ يَٰبُنَيَّ إِنِّيٓ أَرَىٰ فِي ٱلۡمَنَامِ أَنِّيٓ أَذۡبَحُكَ فَٱنظُرۡ مَاذَا تَرَىٰۚ قَالَ يَٰٓأَبَتِ ٱفۡعَلۡ مَا تُؤۡمَرُۖ سَتَجِدُنِيٓ إِن شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰبِرِينَ

Then, when (the son) reached (the age of) (serious) work with him, he said: "O my son! I see in vision that I offer thee in sacrifice: Now see what is thy view!" (The son) said: "O my father! Do as thou art commanded: thou will find me, if Allah so wills one practising Patience and Constancy

37:104 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَنَٰدَيۡنَٰهُ أَن يَٰٓإِبۡرَٰهِيمُ

We called out to him "O Abraham

37:107 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَفَدَيۡنَٰهُ بِذِبۡحٍ عَظِيمࣲ‏

And We ransomed him with a momentous sacrifice

37:111 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
إِنَّهُۥ مِنۡ عِبَادِنَا ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

For he was one of our believing Servants

وَهَدَيۡنَٰهُمَا ٱلصِّرَٰطَ ٱلۡمُسۡتَقِيمَ

And We guided them to the Straight Way

إِنَّهُمَا مِنۡ عِبَادِنَا ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

For they were two of our believing Servants

إِنَّهُۥ مِنۡ عِبَادِنَا ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ

For he was one of our believing Servants

وَأَرۡسَلۡنَٰهُ إِلَىٰ مِاْئَةِ أَلۡفٍ أَوۡ يَزِيدُونَ

And We sent him (on a mission) to a hundred thousand (men) or more

37:150 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
أَمۡ خَلَقۡنَا ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ إِنَٰثࣰ ا وَهُمۡ شَٰهِدُونَ

Or that We created the angels female, and they are witnesses (thereto)

37:161 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
فَإِنَّكُمۡ وَمَا تَعۡبُدُونَ

For, verily, neither ye nor those ye worship

37:168 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
لَوۡ أَنَّ عِندَنَا ذِكۡرࣰ ا مِّنَ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ

If only we had had before us a Message from those of old

37:171 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَلَقَدۡ سَبَقَتۡ كَلِمَتُنَا لِعِبَادِنَا ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ

Already has Our Word been passed before (this) to our Servants sent (by Us)

37:173 الصَّافَّاتِ As-Saaffaat
وَإِنَّ جُندَنَا لَهُمُ ٱلۡغَٰلِبُونَ

And that Our forces,- they surely must conquer

38:17 صٓ Saad
ٱصۡبِرۡ عَلَىٰ مَا يَقُولُونَ وَٱذۡكُرۡ عَبۡدَنَا دَاوُۥدَ ذَا ٱلۡأَيۡدِۖ إِنَّهُۥٓ أَوَّابٌ

Have patience at what they say, and remember our servant David, the man of strength: for he ever turned (to Allah)

38:20 صٓ Saad
وَشَدَدۡنَا مُلۡكَهُۥ وَءَاتَيۡنَٰهُ ٱلۡحِكۡمَةَ وَفَصۡلَ ٱلۡخِطَابِ

We strengthened his kingdom, and gave him wisdom and sound judgment in speech and decision

38:22 صٓ Saad
إِذۡ دَخَلُواْ عَلَىٰ دَاوُۥدَ فَفَزِعَ مِنۡهُمۡۖ قَالُواْ لَا تَخَفۡۖ خَصۡمَانِ بَغَىٰ بَعۡضُنَا عَلَىٰ بَعۡضࣲ فَٱحۡكُم بَيۡنَنَا بِٱلۡحَقِّ وَلَا تُشۡطِطۡ وَٱهۡدِنَآ إِلَىٰ سَوَآءِ ٱلصِّرَٰطِ

When they entered the presence of David, and he was terrified of them, they said: "Fear not: we are two disputants, one of whom has wronged the other: Decide now between us with truth, and treat us not with injustice, but guide us to the even Path

38:25 صٓ Saad
فَغَفَرۡنَا لَهُۥ ذَٰلِكَۖ وَإِنَّ لَهُۥ عِندَنَا لَزُلۡفَىٰ وَحُسۡنَ مَـَٔابࣲ‏

So We forgave him this (lapse): he enjoyed, indeed, a Near Approach to Us, and a beautiful place of (Final) Return

38:28 صٓ Saad
أَمۡ نَجۡعَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَعَمِلُواْ ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِ كَٱلۡمُفۡسِدِينَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ أَمۡ نَجۡعَلُ ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ كَٱلۡفُجَّارِ

Shall We treat those who believe and work deeds of righteousness, the same as those who do mischief on earth? Shall We treat those who guard against evil, the same as those who turn aside from the right

38:40 صٓ Saad
وَإِنَّ لَهُۥ عِندَنَا لَزُلۡفَىٰ وَحُسۡنَ مَـَٔابࣲ‏

And he enjoyed, indeed, a Near Approach to Us, and a beautiful Place of (Final) Return

38:41 صٓ Saad
وَٱذۡكُرۡ عَبۡدَنَآ أَيُّوبَ إِذۡ نَادَىٰ رَبَّهُۥٓ أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ بِنُصۡبࣲ وَعَذَابٍ

Commemorate Our Servant Job. Behold he cried to his Lord: "The Evil One has afflicted me with distress and suffering

38:44 صٓ Saad
وَخُذۡ بِيَدِكَ ضِغۡثࣰ ا فَٱضۡرِب بِّهِۦ وَلَا تَحۡنَثۡۗ إِنَّا وَجَدۡنَٰهُ صَابِرࣰ اۚ نِّعۡمَ ٱلۡعَبۡدُ إِنَّهُۥٓ أَوَّابࣱ‏

And take in thy hand a little grass, and strike therewith: and break not (thy oath)." Truly We found him full of patience and constancy. How excellent in Our service! ever did he turn (to Us)

38:45 صٓ Saad
وَٱذۡكُرۡ عِبَٰدَنَآ إِبۡرَٰهِيمَ وَإِسۡحَٰقَ وَيَعۡقُوبَ أُوْلِي ٱلۡأَيۡدِي وَٱلۡأَبۡصَٰرِ

And commemorate Our Servants Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, possessors of Power and Vision

38:47 صٓ Saad
وَإِنَّهُمۡ عِندَنَا لَمِنَ ٱلۡمُصۡطَفَيۡنَ ٱلۡأَخۡيَارِ

They were, in Our sight, truly, of the company of the Elect and the Good

38:50 صٓ Saad
جَنَّٰتِ عَدۡنࣲ مُّفَتَّحَةࣰ لَّهُمُ ٱلۡأَبۡوَٰبُ

Gardens of Eternity, whose doors will (ever) be open to them

38:53 صٓ Saad
هَٰذَا مَا تُوعَدُونَ لِيَوۡمِ ٱلۡحِسَابِ

Such is the Promise made, to you for the Day of Account

فَإِذَا سَوَّيۡتُهُۥ وَنَفَخۡتُ فِيهِ مِن رُّوحِي فَقَعُواْ لَهُۥ سَٰجِدِينَ

When I have fashioned him (in due proportion) and breathed into him of My spirit, fall ye down in obeisance unto him

38:78 صٓ Saad
وَإِنَّ عَلَيۡكَ لَعۡنَتِيٓ إِلَىٰ يَوۡمِ ٱلدِّينِ

And My curse shall be on thee till the Day of Judgment

39:2 الزُّمَرِ Az-Zumar
إِنَّآ أَنزَلۡنَآ إِلَيۡكَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ فَٱعۡبُدِ ٱللَّهَ مُخۡلِصࣰ ا لَّهُ ٱلدِّينَ

Verily it is We Who have revealed the Book to thee in Truth: so serve Allah, offering Him sincere devotion

39:3 الزُّمَرِ Az-Zumar
أَلَا لِلَّهِ ٱلدِّينُ ٱلۡخَالِصُۚ وَٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّخَذُواْ مِن دُونِهِۦٓ أَوۡلِيَآءَ مَا نَعۡبُدُهُمۡ إِلَّا لِيُقَرِّبُونَآ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ زُلۡفَىٰٓ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَحۡكُمُ بَيۡنَهُمۡ فِي مَا هُمۡ فِيهِ يَخۡتَلِفُونَۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يَهۡدِي مَنۡ هُوَ كَٰذِبࣱ كَفَّارࣱ‏

Is it not to Allah that sincere devotion is due? But those who take for protectors other than Allah (say): "We only serve them in order that they may bring us nearer to Allah." Truly Allah will judge between them in that wherein they differ. But Allah guides not such as are false and ungrateful
