الدُّخَانِ · 13

أَنَّىٰ لَهُمُ ٱلذِّكۡرَىٰ وَقَدۡ جَآءَهُمۡ رَسُولࣱ مُّبِينࣱ‏

How shall the message be (effectual) for them, seeing that an Messenger explaining things clearly has (already) come to them
